“We have been looking for a good Chinese take out restaurant for some time. Hong Kong is a very good choice, the food has been excellent. We have been back a number of times and the food has been excellent every time.“

“We’ve lived in Maple Grove since 2007. Yu Fong’s is/was one of our favorites. The previous owners were special. I had assumed the restaurant was taken over by their children. Saw them all together many times. I could be very wrong. My family enjoys that they have added Thai to the menu along with being able to order online. I have to agree that taste/quality have gone down. My chow mein looked more like soup it was so thin. Also very short of celery, etc. I always get fried rice so I have leftovers. It was very oily-like left a sheen on my plate and lips. I want them to succeed so badly, but something has to change.“

“We used a gift card to buy our meals. I had the Plate and my son had The Bigger Plate. I had the fried rice, SweetFire chicken breast and Kung pao chicken. Very good flavor and plenty of heat 🥵 😋 My son had the fried rice 🍚, Beijing beef, SweetFire chicken breast and Kung pao chicken. He said his meal was really good too. Also had 3 orders of cream cheese wontons 😋 The customer service was fast and friendly. The seating area was clean with plenty of seating. Plenty of food choices as well as beverages. “Delicious. After two years of searching, this is the best Sesame Chicken in Minnesota, hands down. Plus the udon noodles are excellent, the lo mein and mooshu are exactly what they're supposed to be, and such a tender beef and broccoli. No longer going anywhere else.“

“We ordered off the lunch menu. The portions were very generous and the food was fresh and delicious. Sesame chicken was excellent and Moo Goo Gai Pan vegetables were fresh and perfect! Bathrooms were clean and provided hot water and soap (which is always a plus). We will definitely visit again.“

“This place has still got it. Very hole-in-the-wall vibes, but the pho is the best I've found in Minneapolis and the burbs. Bun with pork and spring rolls (#46) is also very good, and don't sleep on the VN Wings! They are not an appetizer as much as they are a hearty side. The flavor is intensely good, so if you have a sensitive pallete, they may be too much for you.

The owner is kind and helpful, and the rest of the family is pretty great, too.

The Vietnamese side of the menu is really where they shine, so pass on your orange chicken and get some pho or something.“

“Mandarin has quickly become one of my favorite spots for great Vietnamese and Chinese dishes. Their pho broth is perfectly spiced and absolutely delicious. The bun vermicelli noodle salad with pork meatballs and egg roll is refreshing and so tasty. A couple other excellent choices have been the Szechuan pork and the beef chow fun. Definitely give the pork egg rolls a try. The employees there are hard working, the perfect amount of attentive and very friendly. It’s definitely a hidden hole in the wall gem with excellent food and very friendly staff.“

Service is fast, the place is clean, and prices are reasonable, especially if you've got one of their BOGO coupons from the app. Knocking off a star because it can be hit or miss depending on timing — go too close to closing and the trays have clearly been sitting a while, rice a little dried out. Catch it at a good time though and it's genuinely tasty. The menu could use some fresh options too, but overall a reliable spot.“

“For the one in Plymouth Minnesota, FINALLY some sweet tea. If you live in Minneapolis, Minnesota, you know, findind a place that sells sweet tea is hard. As if there was a sugar shortage in the area. Anyway!
The service was great. They do have regular unsweetened tea here, but when i told them what i was looking for, they pointed out their signature SWEET tea. Foood & all is Food & will be going back.“

“This is it, the reliable place you've been looking for. After my favorite Chinese place closed, I tried new places but they always disappointed. I figured I'd never find something to replace the gem from my childhood. But I did. Thank you, Jesus, thank you Jade Fountain staff. Jade Fountain is even better, it is the best I've ever had.
