What a friendly host and atmosphere. The Kung Pao Shrimp was delicious. Glad to have some place new in the area.
This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants to go when I am Champlin. The sesame chicken was so tasty and crispy with mouth watering sauce that I can gulp down 2 bowls of rice with it. Equally tasty is their braised beef noodle soup, it has a spicy version that’s so tasty that I had to make leftover soup to go that I can finish rest of it at home. Every dish is worth a try!!
I had the spicy beef noodle soup with the flour noodle and that shit was beast, you can tell the noodles were hand made which was nice

Weiju Kitchen is a Chinese restaurant in Champlin. The sesame chicken is tasty and crispy with mouth watering sauce. The braised beef noodle soup has a spicy version that is tasty. Every dish is worth a try. The sesame chicken is amazing, and even a four-year-old daughter who does not eat a lot meat devoured the chicken and will still ask for it. Leftovers shared with a neighbor led the neighbor to say she was going to order dinner from there. The food is great. There was a mix up with the dumplings ordered; they ended up steamed, but they were still delicious. The waitress was trying her best to organize the food coming out so that more mistakes like this would not happen. It is a cute place and the food is delicious. This is a new restaurant that is doing their best. The food was very good. The wait for certain items took a longer time but the quality was great. Everyone was friendly and they had calm quieter music. The server was excellent, pleasant, helpful and attentive. The drink menu is limited, only two beers were available and no diet drinks. The cream cheese wontons appeared homemade and were truly the best. The veg fried rice is loved. The menu is limited for vegetarian options, but the manager was helpful and accommodating. The tofu is good if you like a soft, rather than a firm tofu. Ample portions. The atmosphere is very clean, bright and new. The Dan Dan noodles, orange chicken, lo mein, and black pepper beef were fantastic. Worth a visit.
