extremely disappointed today in my chipotle service i usually enjoy a delicious chipotle bowl but tonight the service SUCKED the food tasted stale and bland and on top of it all i found a half dead half sized ladybug that was still moving at first i believed it was a bean but than i remembered i didn’t order beans never coming back

Hot and fresh burrito bowl. Chicken, rice, beans, fajita were all very hot. Salsa, corn, sour cream, and cheese were all very cold. Portion size, especially with extra rice, could have been bigger, but hard to complain. Clean restaurant and friendly staff.

Worst chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. They consistently get the order wrong and it seems like they skimp on the meat. My wife and I drive to QDoba in Plymouth because both chipotle stores in maple grove are poorly run.

Not a lot or food for the amount paid. The only reason it is a 2 on food because it tasted ok. Workers were fighting and made me uncomfortable and the worker gave some attitude. I would rather go to McDonald’s instead for the amount of food.

When they talk about Chipotle skimping on portions, this location is the greatest offender. Got the smallest portion and totally brushed off when I commented on it.

Location is convenient for maplegrove residents, however this is the most unclean chipotle I've ever been to. The portions are very small and the prices are very high. The food quality is horrible. Inconsistent cuts for meat, sometimes too big sometimes too small. The protein and toppings lacks flavor. The restaurant and patio is always dirty. Tables are covered with food, the trash is always full and falling over, the floors are filled with trash. I would drive 3mi. Out of my way to eat at another Chipotle before I waste my money at this location again.

I’ve been visiting this location for the past 2.5 yrs and I must say in comparison to the other Chipotle’s in the area, it’s far from the best. The staff either has drama going on half the time, half the ingredients aren’t available at any time of day, and the quality of the food doesn’t taste as fresh as the other locations.
This is always the dirtiest Chipotle. I've never found a clean table to eat at. Recycling cardboard just stacked up on the garbage can. I've never used the bathrooms but I'm guessing they're horrendous.
They're customer service reply is terrible. See below. I already posted this review, I'm not taking the time to go do it again on your website. Get real!

When visiting the Maple Grove restaurant today, I spent over $60 on food. We always order water to save money. The water machine was broken and the manager on duty refused to offer complimentary pop. She was very rude and condescending. We understand things break down, but not being accommodating and offering another option. We had already ordered and were eating at the restaurant- so eating spicy food without a drink is dumb. At this point, it was not about purchasing the pop, it was more out of principle. The manager we spoke with was Anna.

Horrible service, rude employees who do not give a single care at all. Ordered my food and sat down to eat it. Steak was ice cold and that’s not an exaggeration. My husband went up there to ask for it to be remade and someone comes to my table to let me know I would need to pay again. My husband stepped in and let them know he talked to someone and it’s being remade… She even made a point to throw my cold food away. I told her I planned on throwing it away and that I didn’t complain to get more food for free lol. Because that’s how I was being treated. Anyway. I would def start clear of this location. The tables were very dirty, lots of food on the floor. Dirty drink station. Honestly, I felt a little Leary to eat the food for food safety concerns..

I’ve given up on ordering from this place, at least this location. They are almost always out of something that I added, one time it took 45 mins to get an order ready, and tonight we walked in and approached the counter and neither employee said a word to us or even a greeting (they weren’t even prepping orders and no other customers where there). I almost walked out after I stood and stared at the guy at the counter who ignored me until I asked if I could place an order.

I went in today around 1:20 there was only one lady upfront who was kinda rude the second girl walks up using her phone , doesn't wash her hands , puts some gloves on and gets back to texting on her phone , i told her to change her gloves before she touched my food and she had a really nasty attitude. To make it worse the girl in the back of the kitchen starts arguing with the lady upfront . such bad customer service
