Ridiculous. Wanted to order a standard quesodilla. I was told no. This location literally is not allowed to make them. They have all the ingredients but apparently aren't allowed to put the ingredients together. I am genuinely shocked and hope this location closes down for its meaningless rules

I usually have decent experiences at chipotle. This is the worst one.first time here. Barely give you any food. My son’s burrito was the size of a tennis ball. Bowl was mainly rice. Both our bags of chips had about 10 chips in it . Bad attitudes too
The fajitas were soggy and old. They put the soggy, old fajitas on top of fresh ones when they restocked. Yuck. The guacamole was brown, and the salsa person mixed it with the new container of fresh. Yuck. When I told him it is a shame that he is putting the brown guacamole on the fresh, he said, “That’s what they tell us to do.” The food counter had food all over it. The employees were rude. There seemed to be tension between them, and it felt uncomfortable. They also incorrectly billed me for a serving guacamole, and when I asked them to correct it, I got the stink eye and no apology. There appears to be an extremely low standard of quality and professionalism at this store.

Everytime i come to this chipotle they get my order wrong haha. The vibe in there is absolutely dead. Always in a bad mood. Just a bunch of lifeless fish eyes staring when you walk in, of course without any greeting. The place keeps getting more empty as the months go by

Teenagers at front are goofing around. He can’t listen nor do his job properly. Also, they give very bad portions nor give accurate portions. I asked for half steak and half beef barbacoa, yet he picks up the chicken spoon and makes me repeat myself 3 times. Then, I asked for a half a spoon of tomatoes, yet received a spoonful? Overall experience here is terrible, the chipotle in Brooklyn park is way better.
