I need to talk to someone about my issue. I placed a delivery order that was almost 100 in total. I noticed right away that my large queso was missing. I reported it in the app. Later I found out that my burrito bowl was made wrong. It had corn in it and I didn’t order corn in it. I am so frustrated and I can’t seem to get this sorted out when I call or when I use the online system

Absolutely terrible food and attitudes from everyone that works here. Chipotle should be ashamed to even call this a Chipotle. But they don't seem to care about the countless complaints and utter depravity happening inside this location day after day. Gross.

I love chipotle and always my #1 pick, but this location is very stingy on their portions. They tried charging me almost $2 for vinegarette and there was hardly anything in there!

I won't give this place my money, especially after today. I was not here as a paying customer, but was picking up a Doordash order to deliver. I didn't even enter the doorway but simply looked in the pickup door to let them know I was there. Before I could even say anything I was yelled at by the employee "WE'RE WORKING ON IT!" without even being nice about it. I get that you just opened and have multiple online orders waiting, but there's no reason to be rude. I didn't enter the door like the sign said. I looked. This was unnecessary. I quit giving Chipotle my money years ago. This is proof I made the right choice. I'll give somebody else my business. I don't recommend anybody else does either, but I know they will.

I hate that this is The only chipotle in this area. It’s ghetto! The staff does not listen to what you ask for. I have had multiple issues with this chipotle but this simple one tonight is my breaking point. I ordered carna asada and got regular stake. The fact that they are passing it off is ridiculous. Yes I know I have the option to look at the food as it goes on but unfortunately because I do DoorDash and that’s literally when my order is wrong I’m not able to watch. Even when I go inside the staff is rude, not friendly nor welcoming, loud and the numerous amounts of hair in my food. They don’t use glove and it’s just a mess at this chipotle . I will now start going to Plymouth chipotle to get my food. I’m done with the ignorance at this place.
Get this into the cumulative 2's. Place is a dumpster fire, and robbery for mobile orders specifically. What's being paid for is not being provided.

Food tasted off. Veggie bowl was saltless, no cilantro, no lime flavor, no jalapeño. Chips had no salt or lime flavor. Chipotle used to be really good.

It's the worst place to work. never think about this atmosphere as a first job for your kid. Its too toxic!! General manager brianna and the assistant gm emily are the worst leaders ever. I'm so glad I don't work for this toxic place anymore. It was hell daily!!!! don't let your kids work here!! they terminated me on November 7th 2023 but they say I was fired 1/4/2024 this year. lies. I was in their system without my knowledge for 2 months!! NOTHING HAPPEND! This store needs to loose everyone and start over. Jeff the field leader never does his job either. He brushes anything that happens under the rug so he doesn't look bad. Will give you the run around. Nothing happend with my situation because Chipotle is full of the wrong people. If I was the ceo Brian I would get rid of the whole store. terrible place to work. terrible. the management is so bad and lie.
