SCAMMER ALERR! Buyer beware! They illegally charge you for extra toppings even though they’re not actually putting it in your food. I went in today and requested a quart of ice cream that comes with one ice cream flavor and four toppings. I requested two toppings initially then saw that one topping was back in stock and asked for that one too. The person who was making it added the toppings then nodded at the cashier twice. When I got to the register, my ice cream was $2 more than what it should’ve been. When I asked why, the cashier said it was for the extra toppings. I said what extra toppings? It comes with four, and I asked for three. The person who made my ice cream said that she gave me extra. Mind you, I didn’t request extra anything so how can you charge me for extra?! Additionally, she did not give me extra anything. The toppings are grabbed using a pre-measured spoon. The same spoon is used for each ice cream size. That means, you get the same amount whether you order a small or a large. The purpose of ordering a larger size usually means that you get additional scoops that make it proportional to what you would receive no matter what size you order. For example, if you order a large fry at McDonalds they don’t give you a bigger cup with the same amount of fries as a small. Or if you order a large drink at Starbucks, they don’t give you the same amount of coffee as a small but in a larger cup. They know what they’re doing and they’re slowing stealing from their customers. I’m not going to keep giving them more than they deserve though. I have been patronizing this location for over 10 years. Unfortunately, the recent ownership has decided to go another direction in terms of quality of food and service! Therefore, moving forward, I will be filing complaints with the better business bureau and the department of health. The last time we were there, one of the workers kept touching her face and hair while wearing gloves then going back to touching the utensils for the food. When we asked her to change her gloves, she made it seem like we were being unreasonable and rolled her eyes. This location needs her ownership asap!!

My ice cream was delicious, but I have to say the bathroom was so disgusting. The restroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned. I’m glad I ate before I went into the restroom, otherwise I wouldn’t have eaten at the Maple Grove location.

Absolutely loved the flavors! The ice cream was rich, creamy and so refreshing - melts in your mouth must try for dessert lovers. So many unique flavour’s, every scoop tastes amazing. Loved the ambience and the friendly staff will definitely come back!

Horrible customer service!! The Indian lady working there is so rude! She scooped the wrong amount of ice cream when making mine, when she was done mixing everything she realized she didn't add enough ice cream, so what does she do? She just adds more on top without even mixing the extra ice cream in. I then ask for extra peanut butter and she gives me half a teaspoon. Horrible service!!

Me and my girlfriend went out to get some ice cream. The place was really busy and the line went out the door. It wasn’t a problem because the line was moving fast. The problem was the lunatic manager yelling at her high school employees and treating customers more like vermin than people.
We quickly became victims of her poor management. Me and my girlfriend ordered two separate ice creams but were paying together, I’m sure a regular occurrence at an ice cream shop. After we had paid the employee who made our ice cream and put a cash tip in the jar, we were walking out the door when the manager yelled across the store at us, “DID YOU PAY FOR THAT?” She didn’t even ask her employees if we paid, she immediately assumed we were petty thrives stealing $10 worth of ice cream. Since we are not crazy, we responded “Yes, we did,” and walked out of the store as we heard her hounding her employees about if we actually paid or not. If you want the see the perfect middle management loser, be sure to come here.
Ice cream is good. They were busy but line moved fast. Place needs a deep clean though, super dirty everywhere.

Today we went to cold Stone creamery for the first time in Maple Grove. We had such a great experience! The staff were very kind and friendly. They have a huge selection of ice cream flavors, and a vast variety of topping! The waffle bowls were very, very fresh and delicious 😋. The store was clean and neat as well. I was impressed by the amount of toppings included in my ice cream! 🍨 I will definitely be back!
