Ice cream was very good. Strawberry mango smoothie was not a smoothie consistency at all and tasted terrible. I’ve got smoothies at other locations and usually love them. The service was good though and workers were friendly.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Cold Stone Creamery! The variety of flavors and mix-ins is incredible, and everything is so fresh and delicious. We worked with Meghna for an order for our daughter's grad party. Meghna was a wonderful communicator and the price she quoted was the end price. She even worked with us to arrange a pickup time slightly outside of their normal hours. Aside from the wonderful ice cream and mix-ins, being able to rent a freezer was such a great convenience! Thank you, Meghna; the Coldstone ice cream was a hit at the party!

Rude poor attitude ESL service worker overcharged on a buy one get one free rewards register coupon.
On top of that gave a small instead of large.
After asking about why the second was small the lady said she heard an order for love it instead of large.
Never coming here again.

Cold Stone ice cream says it all. So, it doesn't disappoint. The staff was attentive but on a warm day with lots of customers, the inside table seating was absolutely filthy. That was disappointing but the ice cream tempered those thoughts.
Go to another location if you really want some cold stone. Or find another ice cream shop all together. This one is all bad. The set up is terrible. The line piles up in front of the door by the street. It’s awkward and chaotic. You can’t see the ice cream flavors until you’re ordering which slows things down. You can’t see the mix- ins from where you order the ice cream. The line moves incredibly slow. I wasn’t sure if the register was down or the cashier was on break but my ice cream was running down my cup before I got to the register (also the only place where napkins are). There is very limited seating. The only place more than 2 people can sit is right across from the line. This is where half the line sits while waiting to order so it wasn’t an option. Our family of 4 had to have 2 sit and 2 stand at one of the very dirty tables near the back doors. This was really tough because the walkway is already tight and we had to keep moving for people to get by. All the tables were sticky and gross. There was garbage left around and also filling the garbage can to the top. There were gross stains on the floor that looked like vomit. I do not plan to return. Overpriced ice cream and a terrible experience.
