Instead of giving me my money's worth of chilli they were out of, they just said "sorry" and didn't refund me the chilli.

We were there back in August 2024 and it was the best sandwiches that my son and I had! We went back this last weekend and they were great again!

Stopped in with my work team for a quick lunch today and the Firehouse team did not disappoint!

I just placed an order for 3 sandwiches, and I received 3 different sandwiches. There is NO phone number listed for this location to call. Going forward, I will probably not be ordering from them again. I will be stopping by the next time I am in this locations area.

Doesn't have a phone number for calling the maple grove location. Screwed up my entire order.

What a horrible atmosphere, haven't ate here before. No one says hello or anything. Guy that took my order barely said anything at all, stood there when my total was due and then when my sandwich was done called my name I said thank you and he just walked away. Never again for me! Worst experience

The Food was good and hot when I received after ordering. The staff who I consistently see when I go there are for the most part prompt and professional when Interacting before and after I order. I pull up to this Firehouse Subs on a regular basis, one question though. Why don't you have a phone number for this location in particular? Any response Is welcome, Thanks.

When I arrived I waited for 8 minutes and no one would take my order and there was an hour left to close. It was a Sunday and a rude person told me that they couldn't take my order and that was disappointing.

When I arrived I was there for about 5 minutes and no one was taking my order and two people were there rudely telling me that they were not taking orders. This was on a Sunday 12/15/25 at 7:40 pm.

VERY DIRTY!!! It needs a drastic cleaning and then ongoing cleaning. It was disgusting. Floors, window ledges.. food crumbs and dust/dirt everywhere. Pop machine had all these splashes that looked like they had been there a month. Hot sauce containers looked like they hadn’t been wiped in weeks. I almost threw my food Out before eating as it made me question everything about cleanliness. Get a cleaner or fire whomever is cleaning. It should be cleaned daily.

Great tasting subs, unlike the other sub shops.

Food was served quickly and correctly. The employees however were swearijg loudly around kids. I don't care if that's how it is in the break room or out of earshot of customers, but I expect better awareness.

Good subs and friendly service! I’ve done dine in, take out, and delivery… all great! The Thanksgiving sub is my favorite in November!
