Blonde woman at register has no business dealing with the public. Guy packing up my order was VAPING behind the counter! Incredibly bad experience. Never going back and will warn others not to go.

Ordered take out through tha app, they left a bag of Sun Chips out of the order, I reviewed through the app and expected a refund for the missing chips which never happened and I requested to be contacted and have not been contacted.

This location does not have a phone number that I could find to complain to them and as a result I have NO plans to return

Had a great experience at Firehouse Subs in Maple Grove. The staff was very friendly, the service was quick, and everyone had a great attitude. My order came out just how I wanted, and the whole visit was smooth and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

Do not bother getting food here i walked in. I was looking at the menu and one of the gentlemans was long treads. Kept asking me, are you ready at? Are you ready at and I said, no? I'm still looking at the menu. 5 seconds later. Are you ready yet?No?And it's not like I was standing right in front of the.Register, I was standing back at the tables.Just looking i was very hungry and did not feel like going anywhere else. So I just dealt with it so I described the first thing I saw on the menu which was absolutely disgusting. I watched them make it. They weren't wearing gloves. I could hear them making fun of me, but then you see someone of color walk in. And they treated them with the most respect, but someone that looks like me white. They just treated like trash and my food was trash. !!!! If you notice all the bad reviews, there's no response.They only respond to the good ones!!! Dont waste you money on these waste of space employees and location

There was a 40-45 minute wait but they kept taking orders instead of fulfilling the backlog. Need to prioritize people that already paid versus additing to the pile.

Honestly I haven’t been to a firehouse in like 7 years and i wanted to try it and I wasn’t disappointed. The meat was realllyy tender and flavorful. Order came out pretty quick and the staff was friendly and were having a great time! I will be coming back whenever I can.
