I ordered delivery and was very excited to have a burger and milkshake and they forgot to sent my shake. The only solution they gave me was to leave a review online…

Food was on par with what I expected. The custard exceeded expectations. I had the brownie concrete and it was delightfully chocolicious! Service also exceeded my expectations. The employees were very nice and patient.

We ordered to double cheeseburger meals and two single cheese burgers meals We were charged for 4 double cheese burger meals. Never going back there again. What a rip off

The burger had little very flavor and no seasoning. Absolutely no searing of the burger meat, just grey looking. I ordered a large fry with my meal, my wife did not, but I didn't have the larger amount. They need to go back to hand searing the burger patties.
I can't see ever going back to this location.

I would have given the food a 3.5 stars but obviously you can't, so i gave it a 4 star rating. First time trying Freddies and i was thrilled to see they can make their burgers using lettuce, instead of carb filled buns... ordered a couple of double prime steak burgers made with lettuce wraps. Took it back to my hotel room and one thing i will say for sure is that the wrap could get messy and they did. The other thing that got to me at my first bite was the meat was a but too salty than what i was expecting. Other than that, it tasted pretty good. Lucky i took a handful of napkins because i needed them...

Spent $61 on food only to have smushed cheese curds (they piled multiple containers of curds on top of each other)… disappointing!

So damn good!!!!!
