Have had multiple app orders take over 45 mins to receive... today's took almost an hour for 4 sandwiches!!! And not only were they slow but they were also angry, slamming sandwiches down on the counter. Could hear them complaining while assembling orders. Very poor experience!!!Have shared feedback in the past, no response.

Wanted a quick snack. I ordered it through my mobile app.Person inside was confused about the order, and then after looking around, they had posted it up just forgot to make the order.When I got home, bread was hard like a crouton completely disgusted through the whole meal away."Management" do not serve old bread.I will not be back to the location.

And the shop smells Aweful, like nobody has mopped it for weeks!

They accused my mother of “publicly harassing” an employee.
The employee delivered my mothers food 40 minutes late, then proceeded to be rude to my mother when she had told the employee that she doesn’t want her sandwich anymore.
The employee then fabricated a story about my mother, completely over exaggerating the situation.
My mother is now banned for simply saying “I called the store and nobody answered, it’s unacceptable that I’ve had to wait this long”
How ridiculous is that!

Very disappointed. I tried to order 6 sub sandwiches at the drive thru today. I was told it was too large of an order and they balked and then refused to take my order as I had not called ahead. This is not my first bad experience with this location. Very disappointing.

What a terrible location..Service is slow as hell. 5 minutes in the drive thtough when theres no line, 4 people working inside.I only come here in emergencies now when Im really pressed for time, because quality has been bad.Its not hard to make a sandwich look presentable. Save me your sob stories of being understaffed and overworked. I know what its like to be behind that counter making sandwiches. You just dont care, its funny to you. Every time this location is d0gsh1t.If the owner is smart, he cleans house and starts over.

To start off, fix your lights in the bathroom. One out of 3 worked, and it flickered the whole time. Food is not what it used to be, a sandwich with jalapeños and you get a whopping 2 and some paper on the sandwich for extra chewing pleasure.

I ordered food for delivery and they only had 2 people working so they called me and asked me if I could pick it up instead, which I did. This particular location has been struggling with staffing issues since Covid.
