I had a pretty large order last minute and the team here was super gracious, helpful, and quick. They got me a box to help me carry stuff to the car which I wasn’t expecting. Very solid experience and the tea is always good.

Terrible service. The workers there are rude and unfriendly. The drinks taste was disgusting. It taste like tap water and not sweet at all. Minneapolis location is better.

About a week ago, I ordered a ginger tea and the taste was off. I don't know if it was the milk or the ginger itself, but it tastes really bad, hours later I got a mild food poisoning. Staff seems that they don't want to even talk to you at all.
The place has a nice atmosphere but the boba itself isn't that good.

My Thai milk tea tasted way different than any other I've ever had at different places. Unfortunately it tasted like a chemical, not good at all, I dumped nearly the whole drink. Felt bad since my friend had offered to pay and I wasted their money. Employees weren't very nice at all either like they were irritated we were even there. Not going back.
