My Thai milk tea tasted way different than any other I've ever had at different places. Unfortunately it tasted like a chemical, not good at all, I dumped nearly the whole drink. Felt bad since my friend had offered to pay and I wasted their money. Employees weren't very nice at all either like they were irritated we were even there. Not going back.

Every time I've been here the employees have an attitude like I am inconveniencing them. Recently got one of my orders wrong, and when I asked for the correct thing, they just gave me a second one with something else missing (popping boba that costs extra, didn't recieve.) The whole time they remade the order they were clearly very upset that I had the nerve to even come in ?
would not recommend, the only reason this place is popular is because of the location. staff is always incredibly rude.

Been here a handful of times. Genuinely my favorite bubble tea place in the cities.
Edited to add: I asked for a refund day of incident. When I returned to the store 3 or 4 days later I hadn't received a refund and it wasn't until I went in and the manager said I had already received my refund and couldn't get a drink or refund, that I walked out. One hour later I got a notification that a refund had been started.So busy that I waited for 15 min for my online order, didn't get my drink and had to go back to work. I came in a few days later and asked if I could get the drink still but was told no. Not reliable.

Didn’t love that none of the employees wore gloves… and touched all kinds of things used to stir the drinks and such AFTER touching the ordering screen! The one who took our order was a bit rude. I wasn’t a fan of the flavor of the drinks either but that’s just preference. Just didn’t seem sanitary or friendly :(

The thai milk tea + bubbles!!!! I’m super behind on the whole fad, & have never had any type of bubble/boba tea before and my best friend treated me to it. I told her I’d get the same thing as her, because she knew what was good & because the thai milk tea sounded the best anyway. Tastes very similar to chai tea flavoring. The bubbles were sweet, delicious, & perfectly chewy, with a bunch left after my drink was gone, which was a surprise because I was scared they’d be gone with how much of them I was sucking up while I was drinking the tea. Awesome service, nice establishment, great prices. Perfect treat while shopping.
