The service was okay, when we’re ordering the gal appeared frustrated with us asking questions about menu options. When our food was brought to us it was lukewarm. The bathrooms appeared as though they were never cleaned. The tables and chairs were sticky and dirty.

Food is ok , like any other noodles and co. But gosh does this place have a horrible smell and I don’t think they have cleaned or replaced the carpet in over 10 years. Please deep clean the place up.

I included receipt, I ordered Japanese pan noodles with chicken, but there was no chicken. I also ordered chili ramen with chicken. The ramen did have chicken but the noodles don't look like ramen to me. It looks more like flat pasta noodles. Disappointing

I wish I could leave negative stars!! I ordered the crispy chicken bacon Alfredo (side note I’ve been very sick during pregnancy and having a hard time eating anything) I ordered to pick up and when I got home i opened my bowl to find nothing but noodles and a very small portion of chicken. No spinach no broccoli, no bacon. Nothing! Instead of jumping to making a bad review right away I reached out to management who emailed me back once and then failed to respond afterwards even after I sent a second email. Needless to say I’m still pissed. Get your shit together

Took 40 mins for a kids Mac n cheese and it was cold and soupy. She remade it in 3 mins. Not sure why it took 40.

We ordered our food and waited 20 minutes. I went up and talked to the cashier and she said they were really backed up. I waited another 10 minutes and then spoke with another person and they said our order had been canceled. Or food came after waiting 40 minutes.

Overcooked soogy pasta, undercooked veggies(tasted raw) and completely forgot to include the chicken I paid for.
Update: went again and even worse. Tried the pesto cav with chicken and was so runny and the chicken was burnt. Threw it away after two bites. This location is terrible, I get this often at other locations and never has been this bad.

I ordered food for my wife's birthday party to be ready by 4:30pm today. When I got there at 4:25pm my order wasn't even started yet. It wasn't even completed till 4:45pm which delayed her party from starting. My other issue with app order is they included the tip which was hidden from my view on screen until I pressed the payment button. I would of had no problem tipping for good service not being added at time of order prior to picking up my order. I am unclear how long it will be before I order from Noodles online again.

We ordered online early to have our 6 person order ready by 4:15 for take out. We arrived at 4:15 and the order wasn't even half ready. It wasn't ready until 4:45. We were late for our friend gathering. We were not happy that we were pre-charged for a tip on our bill. Why would we give a tip for a service we were not happy with? We were extremely unhappy with our experience at Noodles.
