I use to go to this location all the time to study. The service has really went down hill. They now have their cups for drinks on lock down. I asked at the pick up counter and Katie or Kate was extremely rude and proceeded to bad mouth me to other staff for requesting a cup for the drink I paid for prior to my food being ready! They want u to wait to get ur drink until food is ready??! Definitely my last time going to this location!!

As of 4/1/2024 their new "enhanced" menu gives some false advertisement, they removed spinach as any ingredient option, switched to pre-spliced processed in jar pepperoncinis which goes against their "prepared fresh" slogan- everything new was to cut corners and they also raised prices slightly.Vegetarian options: Carefull my fully non-meat salad come with a couple chunks of chicken and 1 blueberry for some reason.

This Panera location is really nice. I like the atmosphere, it’s clean, and ever efficient. I like how there is a screen hanging on wall that lets you the process of the order. It’s very clean. The manager is very nice and so was the cashier Paula. I ordered the bacon avocado melt which I highly recommend. I will be returning this afternoon with my daughters. I know they love this restaurant as much as I did. Keep up the great job guys. Also, I appreciate how well my order was packed. Great job to the people who bagged my order. ???

I wish they would quit burning my crossiant. I ask to substitute a crossiant for brioche on a sausage,egg and cheese but they always toast it like a brioche.... ruins a perfectly good sandwich.Very disappointed they make it inedible.There are literally black spots on my crossiant. Who the hell wants that?

I hadn't been to Panera in 10 years and I walked in and it was remodeled and very clean. The lady at the counter was Kathy, a new manager in training for Maple Grove. She was absolutely the best!, so friendly and sweet and even when I modified my sandwich a bunch she didn't make me feel like I was being annoying. I felt like she genuinely cared! She's going to be the reason I'll be going back!

The food has always been good. You have to order your own food from a kiosk, which can be a little time-consuming if you've not ever done it. Sometimes, the people behind the counter can be a little dismissive but have never been outright rude. The pickup window is not always stating the food is ready or we didn't hear them. Anyway the food is always good, I never had anything I didn't like. The turkey chili in a bread bowl is worth coming for.
