Sent the wrong sandwich and the number is disconnected so I can't call to get it fixed

I am a vegetarian and had asked the sandwich expert to change gloves as to not have cross contamination. She was more than understanding!

She not only changed her gloves, but cleaned her work station and washed her hands! I was so grateful! I highly recommend THIS potbelly’s!! Great establishment and customer service!

The Veggie Melt was strong with the Force—mushrooms, provolone, and a toasty crunch worthy of a council seat. I added lettuce, tomatoes, and hot peppers... perhaps too hot. 🔥 Even Master Yoda would've needed a cold brew after those.

Fresh toppings, loads of vegetarian options, and a sandwich game that’s well trained. Bonus points for the mighty Zapp’s chips and the customizable “Works” feature.

I recommend NOT doing an online order. We did an online order and realized there was several add on options not listed. Our only option was to write in the comments section add mayo or add peppers. Once we got home we saw that they did not look at any of the comments and did not add mayo or peppers etc. very disappointing for how expensive the sandwiches are.

Was looking for a quick lunch while running errands. This place was perfect. Food is good and was in and out.

A J has a horrible attitude and was rude. Ruined my experience today. She gave me the vibe that she doesn’t like working here with her short and rushing responses.

This is beyond frustrating. What the hell is going on in that kitchen? I’ve been waiting forever, and I’m STILL sitting here with no order. Two Dashers already gave up and left because they’re taking their sweet-ass time. Management seriously needs to get it together and hire people who know what they’re doing. And imagine actually standing in line to eat here? Couldn't be me. Absolutely ridiculous. 0 stars if i could!!!

Driving for food delivery is tough sometimes but when you get a great. On top of it server like Shayla makes it so much better. Give that lady a raise.

Very fast and diligent. The food is always good. I get the Awreck! The Chicken Pot Pie Soup is to die for.

This is a great spot to pick up soup, salad and/or a sandwich. They also have shakes and cookies. I ordered the Turkey Avo and the Garden Soup. Both were delicious! I also had a chocolate shake that was very good. Staff was friendly and service was quick.
