First I was told they were slow/behind on orders so I went into this knowing that — to an extent — but this was much worse than anticipated. Placed an order online - Pick up said 6:23. When we got there at 6:30 they hadn’t even started our order. After 20 min of waiting they had to ask us our order again. After waiting another 20 min we finally got our food except the $3 up charge of steak on our quesadilla was missing. They did try to add a “free” bowl for our troubles which while we appreciate, we didn’t want. After all that, food was fine but not worth the ordeal we went through. Not sure if we’ll come here again.

Great food, friendly staff, horrible at getting take out in time.I used to live down the street from this location ( Fish Lake) and ordered once a week. Unfortunately 99% of the time the staff was horrible at getting their take out on time ( 15-30 minutes late almost every time)

We ordered 4 tacos around 12:30 on a Thursday and waited over 30 minutes for our order. It was to be a dine in experience and we eventually told them to change it to a take out order. Won't be going back. Btw- the young guy who took our order was very pleasant but he can't do it all,

I stopped in for lunch to-go. Ordered 2 tacos, chips and side of guacamole. Everything was delicious. Simple ingredients, not over seasoned. The roasted pork taco was really good. I really like the chips. Crispy, just the right amount of salt and the guacamole was just as I prefer. Overall, very good.

Food is good but the service is terrible and slooooooooow! I had to WAIT 7” to just order! My bad for waiting in the first place. Now waiting for 25” more before getting my food. They need more help. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I don't know who the new owners are. But they definitely need to go back to the old chicken. Because the new chicken that they are providing is not good at all. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years at the Maple Grove location . Your staff is amazing. But sometimes trying to save money will cost you customers. Because that chicken is not good.

My first visit.Super nice guy greeted me at the door then took and cooked my order. Five stars for customer service! Unfortunately I was not impressed with our fish tacos. I love seafood and feel that it should be the star. However there was so much 'stuff' and sauce that the seafood was lost.
