Hadn't been to Red Lobster in a long time, but was really disappointed in the food quality. Most of it lacked flavor. The skewered shrimp were dry and bland. The salmon was especially disappointing as it was served with the skin side down so it was soggy. The lobster baked potato was very disappointing as an upgrade as were the brusselsprouts. Service was lacking as the server refused to do any pre-bussing himself and was not environmentally conscious when he threw fifteen straws down on the table when we asked for "a couple"This was a lousy experience in general, but for the pricepoint it's especially disappointing. Will not be returning to a Red Lobster again.

Went to have a Lobster dinner. Have been here numerous times over the years. Was very disappointed in the meal. The lobster was okay, steak was alright. The service was okay. I don't know if things changed since the pandemic, but it isn't the same. Servers aren't as professional compared to years ago. Don't know if we will be going back again for dinner. Will miss going to Red Lobster in Maple Grove.

Used to be our FAVORITE place to eat. Not anymore. Endless shrimp is a joke. The good choices got removed. The wonton shrimp and firecracker shrimp. I've given it a few extra trys over the past few years. Yah, I think we're done going there. Too many other quality places to eat.
I did all-u-can eat shrimp, same as usual. Wife had the two tails and said it was ok but for the price should be really good.

1st time visiting this place. Ethan’s service was great. Our lobster was yummy but we realized one of it was a little uncooked underneath. Our lobster was replaced, but I guess damage was already done. Had diarrhea after the meal ?

I like Red lobster don't get me wrong. It was dead in there and a family that came in well after us and got there food before us. When we did get our food my wife's order was wrong and so was mine. They did knock off ten percent on the bill for the inconvenience.
