$20 worth of grease! I ordered a single cheeseburger in the drive-thru and got a greasy double cheeseburger with bacon, and the chocolate shake had way too much chocolate. This place is no longer what it used to be. There appeared to be at least 4 or 5 girls standing around talking. Overstuffed and apparently no clue what their jobs entail. Don't waste your money. You can get a better burger at Burger King for a lot less money.

Incredibly slow drive through experience.. waited 15 min with two cars in front of me only to get my order wrong.

Went back around and waited literally a half an hour for a chicken sandwich. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

We ate there for the first time and it was delicious. Burgers fresh and onion rings were great. Service was fast ! Will come back.

We ordered two burgers, two chicken sandwiches, two fries, and one cheese fries. Every fried item was completely inedible and tasted like the oil was dirty or burned. My husband brought it to the staff’s attention and they were extremely dismissive, offering no solution. I then reached out to corporate customer service, hoping for better, but they were just as dismissive.

It’s a real shame because this Maple Grove location is now the closest to us since we moved. Unfortunately, after this experience and lack of care, we will not be returning.

I ordered a couple of chicken sandwiches without buns, using the app and they were ready to go when I arrived. They were some of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had. Very crispy and flavorful and juicy.

The food was good. Service is a kiosk for sel service. The table need to be wiped off crumbs and water from the last customers.

The food here speaks for itself. Coming here is feels like a genuine treat. Some of the best burgers I've ever eaten. The SmokeStack is my personal fav. Alongside the Vanilla Chocolate Shake.

Burgers and fries were very good. Slightly overpriced if compared to Culvers. The parmesan garlic fries where not great, just get the normal fries.

Had to see what all the hype was about. Being from a small town, I guess my expectations were bigger for this place. Burger was good. Fries were ok but not a favorite. Service is a 2 because they make you order from a computer on your own. The person who brought our meal to our table didn't say a word to us which was odd. Very busy place on a Sunday. Pricing is high for what you get.

Wanted to dine in. Waited for 20+ minutes for 2 burgers and fries. We were the only ones in there and 1 car in the drive through as we walked in. A couple came in 10-15 minutes after us and got their food before us.
When they handed us our food, it was cold. Couldn't really enjoy it and did not have the patience to re order

The food was well presented. The patio is ample and nice. They don't ask for tips. I took a small birthday party of 6 tweens and it worked great for that.
