Starbucks in Maple Grove

“Starbucks has raised its prices, yet their customer service has fallen. ?
Some employees make you feel like they are the ones in Guatemala picking the beans!
Omg, for the love of Casi Cielo; which is the one favorite coffee from February and it’s really not the one with hints of chocolate, beware of the watered down version made from their new automated machines !!!“

“I normally don't leave a review for Starbucks, but Miley was the sweetest person I've ever encountered. She made me laugh and overall just has an amazing personality. What a wonderful person to hire and to encounter during a coffee pickup. Not to mention she had a great drink suggestion!“

“I drive 10 min past my work to go to this Starbies; staff are nice, drinks are right, drive-thru is speedy fast, and cafe is clean and cozy. The only problem I've had at this location (which is no fault of their own) is the construction next door, have had to leave a few times due to the pounding and drilling noises when the construction workers are working nearby. This was a few weeks ago so maybe they've stopped briefly but that was the only time I left disappointed. Hopefully when that's done, I can come back and enjoy doing work in the cafe!“

“When I say this is my favorite Starbucks ever I mean it. Every single time I visit I have an amazing experience with the well trained staff as well as my order being on spot every time. I have been coming to this Starbucks for 3 almost 4 years and I just keep coming back. The baristas are exceptional, specifically Sammy, Qui and Richard go above and beyond in that order. 5 Stars, would highly recommended.“

“I had a really good experience here! Unfortunately I didn’t catch one of their names, but I definitely remember Tyler (more on him later).The lady who took my order was super sweet and nice. She was patient with me as she took my order. I definitely felt bad for taking a long time (it didn’t help that the line was slowly growing behind me), but she didn’t rush me or anything. I really do appreciate it that <3Ok, now moving on the drinks! My sisters and I ordered a vanilla late, matcha green tea frap, and the drink of the week (which was absolutely amazing!). Tyler, the person making our drinks, was super efficient and made the drinks quick. They also tasted so damn good too!! I couldn’t remember if I had ordered a cold vanilla latte, but received an iced version when I was pretty sure I wanted a warm (I use to order a cold one before but wanted a warm one. I might’ve accidentally asked for a cold one out of habit). I asked Tyler if he could make a warm vanilla latte and without hesitation or another thought, he made me a warm version quickly!It was probably one of the best starbucks experience I’ve had here at this location! Also, if you’re wanting to try the drink of the week, it was an iced chai with brown sugar, oat milk, and pumpkin cold foam. You won’t regret getting it!“
