“I had a really good experience here! Unfortunately I didn’t catch one of their names, but I definitely remember Tyler (more on him later).The lady who took my order was super sweet and nice. She was patient with me as she took my order. I definitely felt bad for taking a long time (it didn’t help that the line was slowly growing behind me), but she didn’t rush me or anything. I really do appreciate it that <3Ok, now moving on the drinks! My sisters and I ordered a vanilla late, matcha green tea frap, and the drink of the week (which was absolutely amazing!). Tyler, the person making our drinks, was super efficient and made the drinks quick. They also tasted so damn good too!! I couldn’t remember if I had ordered a cold vanilla latte, but received an iced version when I was pretty sure I wanted a warm (I use to order a cold one before but wanted a warm one. I might’ve accidentally asked for a cold one out of habit). I asked Tyler if he could make a warm vanilla latte and without hesitation or another thought, he made me a warm version quickly!It was probably one of the best starbucks experience I’ve had here at this location! Also, if you’re wanting to try the drink of the week, it was an iced chai with brown sugar, oat milk, and pumpkin cold foam. You won’t regret getting it!“

With each interaction, she has put a smile on my face with how hyped she makes her customers feel about getting a simple coffee. Her ‘treat yourself’ energy is unmatched! “I want to recognize a barista named Nakeisha for outstanding service. She greeted me warmly, clarified my order, and delivered it with attention to every detail. She even brought a small container of cream, my water exactly as requested, and checked to see if I needed anything else.
I later learned she is a new hire. Management would benefit from having the entire team model the level of service she provided. The staff overall seemed focused, but she set the gold standard.“
