Ordered multiple items with chicken. Mist have been out of chicken but didn't tell me. Instead they just made all of my food without any chicken. This used to be a prime location. Horrible.

Tried to order a simple taco asked them to add one ingredient. They’ve done it every other time at every other Taco Bell but yet the manager decides to deny my request. Absolutely ridiculous. You’re telling me you can’t add refried beans to a taco? Management here is ridiculous. Guess I’ll be going back to Taco John’s from now on.

Took food from drive thru.1) Very slow order taking and giving food. Probably under staffed in there.2) New Chicken Cantina burrito and quesadilla is TOTALLY HOPELESS. Dont waste your money on it.3) I got 2 chicken cantina burrito and quesadilla, ....burritos were not grilled (I told them 3 times that I need it grilled) and it was very skinny with lot of sauce but hardly any chicken.Dont go to this maple grove site....very bad! Spent nearly $26 and got bad food.

Took forever to check us in on my bf,s mobile order and so we had to pull up. And the cashier kept telling us to back around into the line agian. Night shift needs to treat customers better or hire people who care about thier jobs they are hired to.

My rating went down a lot simply because I can't get in to the store! I've went to the maple grove location multiple times and I just want to eat in the lobby and the doors have always been locked! There's no note on the door giving a reason why! Can anyone tell me what's going on there?

The people working here at 1:30pm 12/24/2023 were Rude, Lazy and Neglectful. One of them was on their phone looked at us and then proceeded to ignore us. I tried being as patient with them as possible but patience runs thin with disrespect and neglect. Especially because they were not busy at that hour.
