I used to come here a lot. But I no longer do because the service at this place has become an absolute joke. For a long time, this place was amazing But about 2 months ago, it just disappeared. Today was the last straw when they didn't have any large bags to put food in. So they decided to stand my Mexican pizza on its side completely making a mess of it. It's only saving grace is the people seem to be nice, but even that appears to be disappearing.
I mean, they brought me what I ordered, it was hot and delivered in a timely manner. They dropped the ball on the rolled chicken tacos. They tasted and felt like they'd been sitting all day.

My rating went down a lot simply because I can't get in to the store! I've went to the maple grove location multiple times and I just want to eat in the lobby and the doors have always been locked! There's no note on the door giving a reason why! Can anyone tell me what's going on there?
