Overall we had a great experience the staff very welcoming! All the food we tried was great and my drinks were very good as well!

Was ignored by a manager named bryan twice and was dismissed by the hostess, all 3 encounters were just to ask for a refill of water. Had to walk over to where they all “hang out” and was helped by the other hostess. Food was great and was a good value! Just wished my waitress also checked on me more often once the food was out. Not just to bring my desert out to clear the table 😭.

Made a reservation for the 4 of us @6 pm Seated immediately, was told we only have an house and a half for dinner because it was Valentines Night. Everything seemed rushed , I get it it's a special occasion but wow! We had to eat , drink and visit very quickly! Wouldn't come on a busy day again .

We came back for a second visit because our first experience was amazing fresh sushi, fun drinks, and great vibes. Unfortunately, this time felt very different. Our server tall guy with made an unsolicited negative comment about the owner of another restaurant we mentioned for Valentine's Day, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Toward the end of the night, even though they close at 11 PM with last seating at 10:45 PM, they turned on bright lights quickly, making us feel rushed and unable to fully enjoy our meal. The most uncomfortable part was the billing. We were initially overcharged and noticed inconsistent pricing between the website, downloadable menu, and in house menu. When we brought it up, no one explained the issue, they simply dropped a new receipt on the table without clarification. The lack of communication felt dismissive. The food is still very good, but the professionalism and transparency this time left us disappointed.

Fantastic service beginning to end. Brian and a lovely bartender with amazing tattoos, kept bringing the best drinks that were crafted to perfection. They truly made my wife and I's Valentine's Day unforgettable. We will be coming back. TEN became our instant favorite 😍

It was New Years Eve, but apparently they still had a table for me. They asked for a few minutes, then another party came in, apparently they had record of their reservation. We were standing closer to the hostess stand, and she stood right in front of us and said our table was ready, but she was actually referring to the party standing behind us. She should have walked around us to tell them, as we thought she was talking to us. Then she came back and said our table was ready, using two other peoples names, before we told her who we were. When we sat down, they had no idea that we wanted the omasake option, which was a mistake, as we got ten pieces of nigiri and a glass of poor champagne for $65 per person. Should have just ordered off the regular menu. Overall, the servers and hostess don't really know how to properly serve customers.

Greeted well, service was excellent and our sushi rolls and 2 appetizers were delicious. The hand rolls were small and simple, not worth the price. It was a little hard to find and parking isn't all that convenient in the huge structure but they validate for 3 hours which is good. Overall I definitely recommend Ten!

Lilly D our server was lousy she behaved like she was in training, but said she had worked there for awhile. She kept getting my order so mixed up I had to repeat it a few times she reached right over me to get the dirty plate, when she could have walked around me, it was only a 2 seat table. I asked what the bar HH vodka was, she said Absolut then came back and said it was Skye. When I was seated I asked if we could sit at one of the hit top tables outside, she said they had a large party and needed those. The whole 90 mins. we were there, no one else came in. When she asked after we had 2 dinner orders from their menu (no HH items) and 3 drinks each, if she could bring the bills, she just gave them both to me, then put the to go bags right on top of the bills. Really strange server. The outside area was pretty empty yet at 6:00 pm, as we still had wine in our glasses, another server came over and told us they needed our table, and we'd basically have to leave. I asked if we could finish our wine first. Never have I ever experienced such rudeness and behavior in a restaurant! We will never return here again.

I brought a few girlfriends here for dinner- it was their first time and everyone loved it! From start to finish we had a great experience. I requested the patio and it was so nice to sit out in the fresh air! Our server was outstanding and all of our food was delicious!! I ordered the gremlin roll, chili garlic edamame, and the miso soup. :) I also brought my son home some jalepeno wontons and chow mein. 10/10 recommend!
