Came here at 12:30pm on a Sunday and all doors were locked while the open sign was on. Website and Facebook page states they are open 7 days a week at 12pm.

They do not have many toppings options, and the ones that are there are of too cheap quality. Don't spend your money here, I’m glad that we went to cold stone that's right on the corner and our experience was better there!

Nowhere near as many options as their website claims they have. The toppings are cheap-tasting and incredibly stale. The fro-yo is good, but it's not good enough to make it worth the price. If it was the only ice cream/ice cream-adjacent establishment in the area it would be okay, but there's literally a Coldstone across the street with way better ice cream.

No longer Yogurt lab. Now it is Fro-Yo Factory. Definitely not as good as it used to be. Limited selection of yogurt and toppings. Not very frozen. Melted as it was dispensing. Entire place needs to be cleaned. Needs attention.
