We are locals and order frequently from here. The food and drinks are good but the order accuracy for pickup or delivery is abysmal. I usually try to describe the chosen options in the comments field or the breakfast sandwiches are frequently incorrect. Not sure what the issue is (their website?) but I wish they would figure it out. It’s frustrating.

Perfect for a quick bite: sandwich, salads and plenty of Java offerings.

I always get the spicy breakfast sandwich from drive through, the staff are always friendly and the food is always exactly what I need.

Food was very good, the workers were very nice, and the atmosphere is adorable with the yellow booths. There was a very awkward silence in there though so I feel like we had to be very quiet? I wish they would play music. I don't know, either way, we enjoyed our food, our coffee, and our experience here today. Will definitely be coming back again!

A pleasant place to have coffee - I liked the Thai flatbread and really enjoyed the black sesame latte

For a coffee shop this far out from the metro, it's not bad. Flavor shots and oat milk substitutes are a $1 ea. The atmosphere is clean. The blueberry muffin was ok but not special.

Blackwater makes decent coffee and i love the name of the place. Some of the beverages are way too sugary/milky for me and you get zero coffee flavor. I usually go with drip or black cold brew which are good just not strong enough for me. Blackwater is a good option if you dont want the giant chains.

Awesome place to stop by for lunch and get some work done between meetings. The sandwich was tasty, a great combination of flavors! I loved the blue cheese and the quality of the meat. They also use Monin syrups, which are my favorite.
My only complaint is that the oven/toaster smell is a bit overwhelming in the dining area. Not sure why, especially with a huge vent above the appliance. Still, a great spot to have lunch!

Stopped by this place on a whim to get some coffee and maybe some work done. Best decision. This place is comfortable, work friendly, amazing food and coffee drinks (VERY budget friendly) Very nice, quick service. Strong WiFi and lots of places to sit, gather, or work alone.

Free wifi! (doesn’t appear that you have to order food)! If you want to dine in, unfortunately, the tables/booths are usually occupied with solo surfers. Only the drive-through seems busy. It’s like a library with coffee if you want that, or not.
I feel the young baristas are very unfriendly and rude. No "hello how can I help you" or "have a good day". They just stare at you like you have interrupted their day. The location and beverages are okay but not worth the cold reception.

I had the Kumquart Lemon Green Tea with strawberry popping boba. It was refreshing and not over powering.
Staff was helpful as it was my first visit. They had pictures of the drinks which were super nice.

My wife and I love to visit here since we recently moved to the area. We always like getting sandwiches and Blackwater Bubble tea and enjoy playing games and spending quality time together.
Today (9/15/24, appx 9:30am) we just order the Blackwater bubble tea with almond milk. We both have dairy problems, one intolerance and one allergy. We probably have ordered this a dozen plus times. It comes out looking different than usual, more creamy. Okay maybe something changed with the tea blend, we sit and start to chat. Well we each have a few sips, probably 2 to 4 ounces and we both agree that it's off. I go to the counter and ask the barista if this was made with almond milk. She says it "should have been". Well, both of us are now home, sick.
Its disappointing that if there was a mistake that the employee would have owned up to it. Thank God neither of us have a serious allergy otherwise this would have likely hospitalized one or both of us. A label or even writing on the cups to convey what ingredients go in would go a long way.
