Most importantly, they do a proper pour of Guiness. 2nd, very good service. Our server Melanie, her 1st day, was top notch. She was a bit sassy and a delight. Nicley done. Plus we teased another server about smiling more and she was game to play along. We saw the entire team contribute to serving the guests inside and outside. We go to Mcgarry’s restaurant a lot to eat so they were a natural choice to help us cater a birthday party. James and his team helped us design a custom menu (which included some of our restaurant favorites too!) and the process was easy from start to finish! They dropped off the food before the party and picked everything up afterwards, making it easy to enjoy the party. All of our guests raved about the food!
Great Irish/American comfort food on the menu. Irish Rolls were great, Shepherd Pie, and Meatloaf all done so well.
Met Chef James at Twins game and made a special short 20 minute trip out from our downtown hotel. Food was worth the trip, staff was absolutely great and friendly. We brought our pup with us, plenty of outdoor sidewalk and patio seating, and a water dish provided. Will be back again.
