The pizza is good but other locations use the real authentic pizza ovens and you can taste the difference. I believe this one uses the conveyor style oven and it just never quite gets that flavor you get at other Carbone's. Only reason I order here is because I get crazy good deals on doordash and I guess the 7th Street location stopped doing those orders? Sad.
Called in to order first time from there. Someone answered decently fast. Polite staff. Food quality is ok. I felt the pizza crust was good, cooked well. The cheese tasted a little plastic and fell rifjr off the pizza. Cut into squares but overall was decent. I ordered pasta there to try, their chicken Alfredo. Sadly to say pretty disappointing. For $10.00 the portion was pretty small and pretty bland with not much flavor. Not much sauce and definitely not worth the money. Overall...
Just moved to the neighborhood three weeks ago. We tried Rocco’s and Eastside and was extremely disappointed. So grateful there’s a Carbone’s!!! Omg this pizza is phenomenal no matter which place it is. We love to support local businesses but as far as pizza is concerned, we only be going to Carbone’s. My goodness this is dang good pizza!
