Their staff consistently changes and simply gets worse!
In celebratiion of my daughters honor role accomplishments, she requested Chipotle. I didn't think twice about her option. However, It wouldn't take long for me to remember why we hadn't frequented their establishment in the last several weeks. We encountered poor customer service then too.
It's really hard to reason with individuals who are not invested, yet I tried.

I ordered a burrito bowl for delivery. When it arrived, i opened the container to find it filled half way.. there was barely any rice, barely any chicken, and tons of beans, salsa and sour cream. When I called the location they told me theres nothing they can do. Seriously throwing this bowl away.. I didnt want to eat sour cream and tomatos for lunch. NEVER ordering from this location again.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers good food and portions, with friendly service. The lunchtime shift crew is praised for their kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail. This is the good one by far. They work quickly and efficiently. Ranea is the best.
