Everytime I order here it takes atleast 15 minutes and my coffee is always incorrect. The girls always seem so confused too, but usually always friendly. It’s convenient for Costco runs but man it’s becoming a waste of money and an errand in itself.

The customer service is trash one of the employees purposely Burnt my food and served it to me with a smirk on her face, then tried to play innocent in front of the manager, like she didn’t know exactly what she was doing. Message to the business: You guys are gonna get sued playing in people’s food🤢

My husband went to the drive-thru today and the woman serving was very rude and gave him the wrong order. We've been there before and this is the second time they've made a mistake. This place has the most incompetent people and the worst customer service ever.

I came here two days in a row.. First day they got my order incorrect through the drive-through. I ordered one hot drink, and one doughnut when I paid for my order I received two donuts and a cold drink. I just went about my day and let it be. The second day I ordered two hot drinks and one donut I received one hot and one cold drink and the correct doughnut. I don’t know if they need to fix their headphones, but it’s very frustrating because I repeated my order multiple times both days.

If you want great customer service this is the donut shop to go to. I asked if they had a military discount after my order had already been rung up. They said they absolutely do honor the military and were pleased to change my charges to one with a discount. Thank you so much, Dunkin’ Donuts! You made my day!!

I stopped going for 6 months because I kept getting American cheese on my wrap, which makes me physically ill. I tried it again last week and.... Yeah American cheese, even though my receipt said white cheddar. Donuts are ok; munchkins are a decent deal for a work things, but I don't feel like I can order hot breakfast food anymore.

Ordered $40 worth of food and drinks just to be told at the end “we don’t take bills over $50” ????? It was a $100 dollar bill , you’re telling me there’s not $60 in the register for change ? Also there was no Signs or whatever stating “no bills over $50”. Thanks for wasting my time , won’t be returning.
