If you want great customer service this is the donut shop to go to. I asked if they had a military discount after my order had already been rung up. They said they absolutely do honor the military and were pleased to change my charges to one with a discount. Thank you so much, Dunkin’ Donuts! You made my day!!

Every time I go to Dunkin’ Donuts, I have to make sure that I get what I ordered, which is a cake donut with chocolate frosting today of course messed it up as usual, and the clerk in the front window was just rude

I stopped going for 6 months because I kept getting American cheese on my wrap, which makes me physically ill. I tried it again last week and.... Yeah American cheese, even though my receipt said white cheddar. Donuts are ok; munchkins are a decent deal for a work things, but I don't feel like I can order hot breakfast food anymore.

The young girl who helped me was weird and rude… usually the employees here are nice but she kept giving me weird stares and the coffee taste weird.

Ordered $40 worth of food and drinks just to be told at the end “we don’t take bills over $50” ????? It was a $100 dollar bill , you’re telling me there’s not $60 in the register for change ? Also there was no Signs or whatever stating “no bills over $50”. Thanks for wasting my time , won’t be returning.

Lazy and unprofessional. Made an order in the morning for a pickup order through the app of 3 dozen mini donuts variety. When I got there 4 hours later, they told me it was the morning crew who was suppose to bake the donuts, they then offer me only cold left over donuts. I than proceed them that I order this 4 hours ahead of time, why was it not ready or known. The lady than said, she would contact her manager. She than said, the manager said the baker would make new ones. Within less than 5 minutes I got my donuts and did not check and left because I had to attend an event. When I open my box, It was just the cold chocolate left over donuts. I would not recommend coming to this store.
Cashier could not take orders but can make drinks ? Had to sub her out with someone who was busy making drinks. She had a bad attitude. Drinks were made wrong.

First time ever ordering. Wanted coffee, so I downloaded the app as the website made it seem like that was a better way to get deals. Downloaded the app and ordered $6 deal with a powder and glazed donut. Pick up for drive-thru, lady states they have no power donuts. That’s what my 3 yrs old loves. I state, can you just refund me back for the donut. I’m told I couldn’t be refunded, because I ordered in the app. Completely senseless!! The app allows me to order a product you don’t have , however I can’t be refunded because I would have to go back through the app and ask for a refund.Then I get my potato crowns, yuk! So greasy and undercooked. As well as my bacon in my croissant egg sandwich. Like who trained this company to cook. YUK!! Never again! You can keep it!!!

I have gone to this location a couple times. I have had items forgotten and this most recent visit I got the new ham and cheese sliders. They were still cold and wet when I pulled them out of the package. This location is such a hit or miss. I wouldn't waste my time.

Stopped in on my way to work for some donuts. It was about 8:45am which is on the later side for Morning Rush and they still had a great selection. Very clean with ample seating, and a drive thru for people on the go. A couple choices for drink containers and other accessories. Their Breakfast sandwiches are a must try as well. Dunkin’ has been making recent improvements with their store design, food menu, Customer Service improvements as well. So if it’s been a while since you’ve had them, give them a try. Follow me for more reviews. ✌🏼
