Stopped today after a chiropractor appointment (I’m not from the area) it wasn’t busy and I could tell the girl taking my order was new. She kept apologizing as she was trying to figure out how to use the register, no big deal we’ve all been there. Once ordered I noticed it was taking awhile to make our cold brews but i wasn’t in any rush so no big deal. A guy (who I assume was a manager) noticed it was taking longer than expected to get our coffees and he offered us a free donut (then gave us each 2) we greatly appreciated this unexpected and kind gesture. Also our coffee was delicious

I wouldn’t recommend this location. One thing it excels at is burnt toast; three out of four times I've visited, my toast has come out charred. They seem to think spreading avocado on top will distract you from the burnt flavor. To top it off, the service is lacking. Save your time and money elsewhere!

For the Halloween buckets, they’re selling them for $4.99 each, instead of the two dollars everywhere else. If you want the 50 doughnut holes in a bucket, that costs $17.99 - also much higher than other Dunkin’ Donuts.
I only received 46 donut holes, when I paid for 50

A pretty typical Dunkin. Order quality is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, other times my warm food is cold and my coffee order is oh-so-wrong.

I frequent this location. The biggest issue is inconsistent results in their mixed coffee drinks. Sometimes, I feel like they wing special drink recipes and omit ingredients without batting an eye or saying anything to me.

I received a 20 dollar gift card for the dumb worker who just threw something else in my bag because what I ordered wasn't available. She didn't let me know the product was unavailable. Idiot!
It took for ever to get our order they prioritized drive through the hot chocolate taste like water

Guy with glasses at the drive thru either needs to start actually greeting people when they pull up, or not get offended when we check our order to make sure it's correct. Guy didn't say a single word when opening the window, just handed over the stuff and never even confirmed we were the right people. When we checked the labels he suddenly remembered how to talk and started grilling us on WHY we were checking our items. If you order ahead save yourself the bad attitude and just walk in to grab your order so you don't have to deal with people like this. Hope the guy has a pleasant rest of the shift.

My biggest issue with this location (which appeared to be a relatively new location) is that in the only bathroom in the establishment there was no baby changing station.
My food/coffee was made quickly but my medium hazelnut iced coffee with skim milk was VERY bitter compared to other locations is have ordered the same drink at.

So disappointed. I use to come here all the time and it wasn't that bad, but recently I was heading out of town and ordered an avacado toast for my daughter and when she got around to eating it we realized it was completely burnt to a crisp. When I went back a couple of days later to get a refund I was given nothing but the run around. Poor customer service.
