We came here today and got the hot pot and Korean bbq. It was very good. Everyone was nice and welcoming. All the food was fresh and they bring it out on a robot. The broth I got was the Szechuan Style one and it was really good and flavorful. There is a 15% gratuity automatically added but I don't think that's bad. Good service. Multitude of choices. Order just a little at the begining as they serve big portions of meat. Great if you come out in a big group. Be ready to wait during peak hours

We loved J Pot! You never would guess this used to be a Pizza Ranch - the interior is fantastic! This was our first time and got the hot pot. We cannot wait to come back next week and do the BBQ. Food was amazing - the robot delivery was super fun. We had Alena at our table helping us navigate the extensive menu and she was awesome in handling all of our questions and making perfect suggestions. If you go - ask to sit in Alena's section!
