Really good well rounded hot pot BBQ place. Better than others in the area. Very loud, and chaotic at peak dining hours. I don't particularly agree with a tip surcharge (i think it was 18%?) For a table of two when your order is taken via iPad, and a robot brings it to your table, and you have to get your own sauces and sides and desserts etc... very little hospitality in this style of service for the need to add that charge.
Aeson was an excellent server! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. His great attitude and thoughtful service made our hot pot experience even better. Thank you, Eason, for taking such good care of us!
