I tried to order a chai tea but didnt know that the unmodified amount of chai syurp is 1 pump while the regular amount of pumps for a large is 4. How am i supposed to know that 4 pumps is the normal amount when if you try to order online it sets it at 1? Ruined my experience and wasted 7 dollars on a cup of sweet milk.

The donut didn't hardly have any frosting on it @ all.. before the pandemic there used to be a line so long it is establishment now you can pull right up! Maybe others are wanting more frosting on their donuts as well..ijs... Also I ordered the new bacon that they have thats sweet... The bacon is almost $6 and you only get 8 half pieces of the skinniest bacon so really that's only four pieces of very cheap thin pieces of bacon for that cost! Walmart is a couple blocks up. I think I'll try my luck next time with the pre-cooked bacon there and put a little brown sugar on it at least I'll get 12 full strips for $3 & some change... Customer service wasn't all the greatest either.

Horrible service and drinks and food were worse. Ordered matcha with vanilla. Was basically milk with a dash of green. Ordered a breakfast bagel with bacon, cheese, and eggs, received ice cold. Honestly love dunkin but go to a different location.

I'm from Boston. Im used to Dunkin and this wasn't it boy! The coolada was horrible! Got it for my daughter and it was unbreakable. I took it and it was sour! If you don't want to make it then say you can't! Ordered 2 sandwiches and they put in 1! Get it right!

I ordered from Doordash the box that contains 6 donuts. I specifically ordered Boston Kreme, Chocolate Frosted Sprinkles, Glazed, Glazed Chocolate, Old Fashioned, and Strawberry Frosted Sprinkles. In this case, I know it is NOT doordash's fault because Dunkin Donuts receipt had the correct orders. But when I opened the box, I never got the boston kreme, chocolate frosted Sprinkles, and my Strawberry Frosted sprinkles don't have any sprinkles. Instead Dunkin gave me 2 old fashioned, 2 glazed Chocolate, glazed, and a strawberry frost only. Clearly they only gave me a box with donuts and carelessly did not bother to check if the orders were correct.

Dunkin’ is just kinda bad, service is good, just doesn’t taste like and isn’t good coffee to be honest, donuts are okay but not as good as anything local, probably not going to go Dunkin’ in general unless there I’m traveling and there isn’t anything else open.
