We have been going here since it opened and is always pretty good they do tend to mess up the ingredients on the subs alot I did complain once and received free subs from the manager I think but can't redeem on account no one at the store knows about it so we just pay for our food I see they are opening one in stillwater may give that one a try.

Guess I should have read the reviews before coming here and wouldn't of wasted $40 but didn't think u could go wrong with Jersey Mike's. Wrong I was! Apparently, listening skills are lacking as I read other reviews before posting and "no onion" means "yes, onion" to them. Thankfully I'm not allergic to them, just hate them and even if u remove them u can still smell and taste it. The dressing they skimp you on and ingredients aside from the onions they loaded those on! The bread was so stale and was definitely not made anytime soon! Extra sauce would of helped soften it up some if ur going to serve stale bread just an FYI. I've been wanting JM for years and they were my favorite place and was so let down. ? Once my mouth heals from the bread cutting it up I'm not sure I want to try ANY jersey Mike's but would 100% not come back to this one and do not recommend and I'm an easy person to please! Sad paying a place full price for something that's less than half quality.

Sylvia is by far the rudest service employee I have ever dealt with. Not only was the service poor she and another male coworker whose name i couldn't laughed and snickered about the poor service. I have had great experiences at other locations which is disappointing because the maplewood whitebear ave location is the most convenient for me. I will not return to jersey Mike's even though I really enjoy their sandwiches. I would rather have good service and I will definitely tell my friends family and coworkers to steer clear. The management should be ashamed for allowing extremely poor service. And judging by the reviews I have read I am not the only disappointed customer. I hope the owner of the franchise reads this. I wish there was negative stars because I would rate them a negative 5.

Update: Today is Wednesday March the 27th after work I stopped by Jersey Mike's to pick up dinner. I got there at 5:40 p.m. but did not leave until after 6:00. I ordered two subs no special instructions. But that's how busy they were. I may have expected that on a weekend or even a Friday night but the middle of the week. I guess everybody knows how totally awesome their subways are.
I absolutely LOVE there Philly cheese sub. Omg, it's better than Mama's. Yeah, that's right, I said it, better than momma's.

Me and my boyfriend love Jersey mike and this is our first time at this location. The Customer service so baddddd, on the top of that, the server is very racist to a black person and give you the dirty look…. like they don’t welcome you at all. And they not every busy.They will ignore me when I tell them the ice tea is empty. When I literally ask for ice tea when i order a drink and the cashier says it’s on the side where the beverage at but it’s empty.

Asked for a chicken Philly with no onions and still got onions on it even though I was the only sandwich at the time. On top of that after I went back to have it remade the employees didn't once apologize for the mistake and made it seem like I was inconveniencing them for wanting it made the way I ordered
