Pretty good subs. Service ok. I like when a staff member asks what can I help you with? or what would you like? A blank stare I got last time made me wonder if customer service skills are taught to a new employee.
We have been going here since it opened and is always pretty good they do tend to mess up the ingredients on the subs alot I did complain once and received free subs from the manager I think but can't redeem on account no one at the store knows about it so we just pay for our food I see they are opening one in stillwater may give that one a try.

Today is Wednesday March the 27th after work I stopped by Jersey Mike's to pick up dinner. I got there at 5:40 p.m. but did not leave until after 6:00. I ordered two subs no special instructions. But that's how busy they were. I may have expected that on a weekend or even a Friday night but the middle of the week. I guess everybody knows how totally awesome their subways are.
