Order never showed up.
I called the store around 7:40 and asked what was up.
I was advised they’d canceled my order because I was out of the service area.
I asked them to double check as we’ve had multiple previous deliveries from this location recently.
I was put on hold for approximately 5 minutes and then hung up on.
Awesome team, made my daughters grad party fantastic! thank you!!!
Shout out to the three lovely people working at 3:30 this afternoon as they were screamed at, cussed at, and belittled by a psycho customer. They all kept their cool and attempted to help me several times, even as the psycho lady PUSHED me out of the way so the cashier could focus on her. From what I could tell, the woman was upset because her refund did not go onto her card immediately after they gave it to her.
