Paid for 6 orders of pepperoncinis and received a total of 6 weak looking peppers. The pepperoncinis are the whole reason I even order from Papa Johns, would be nice to get what I paid for.

I love this company and my pizza today rocked but if you are a person picky about meat I highly recommend avoiding the chicken wings. I just did boneless for fun and it was the strangest meat ever. Took 1 bite and spit it out ?? workers are awesome here. Never had a problem with my food before I’m just weird about… with love cheap chicken.

I am telling you the truth. Just don't. I used the website to order a pizza, wings and a 2 liter of soda. I go to check out, I get an error, so I try again. Then I get notification of two charges. So I contact them through the chat. They ask me questions I have to look up, then tell me I should call the store. The store puts me on hold for over 20 minutes, meanwhile the first order arrives, the pizza is not fully cooked and there is no soda. The driver was very nice about it by the way. The wings are terrible! just throw sauce on em, they be fine! So 1: cook the pizza! you are going to kill people. 2: make GOOD dough and throw it out at the end of the day...never gonna get better, trust me. 3: your wings, oh my goodness. roasting for 30 minutes and throwing cheap sauce on them is NOT a chef's dream. Nor are they for your customers. Since I was named the top food manager in the country multiple times? I feel I can say this. YOU SUCK! But you can fix it. Please start now.

Decent location in the strip mall with a lot of things nearby. This location is very small, but the person up front had great customer service.A little pricey, 2 large pizza for $29.00 which seems more than it should be for average tasting pizza. Prices going up everywhere.Service was quick and did carry out took 20 minutes until ready. Overall it's what you expect from a pizza place.

I was served food with hair in it 01/14/23, and reached out to customer service by email, to prevent making a (-) review for the store, as I have also worked in fast food so I know how it goes. Anyway, after no email reply, I called the store and a woman answered. I let her know what happened and she said Papa Johns had a guarantee that would offer me with a new order free of charge. I told her thank you, and if I could call back later to place an order and she said yes.I called back an hour or so later and she said I needed to speak with her manager instead, she took my name and number down and I got no call back from either of them.A few days pass, no call still, so I call a third time. The store manager is caught up with what happened and he moves to refund me the total, but the computer system would not allow it. He took my name and number down, said he would speak with his manager and get back to me. He did not.I called a few days later a 4th time after no call back still, and he said the same thing, that he would get in touch with his manager and that he would call me. That was 4 days ago, and he has still not called which is what prompted this review.They have been given 5 total opportunities to resolve this, and they have taken 0.I used to work for a Domino's and the difference in customer service is incredible.This Papa John's served me food with hair in it and did not even apologize, much less been honest or helpful in resolving, I will be submitting a report to the BBB for this incredibly disgusting service.At Domino's, we would call customers the same day/same night and resolve with ease, sending refunds or re-orders or coupons with desserts as ways to maintain and uphold customer relations. This place is gross, unhygienic, and dishonest.

We ordered the heart shape pizza early and they were great a fixing the time. But then today came the food was ready a half hour early so everything was ice cold. And the heart shaped pizza was burnt so trying to reheat the pizza just made it worse. Tired calling back and no answer phone rang for 5 min.
