Used to enjoy dining here, now they're closed with no notice. Went to eat there on Apr 12, sign on door that said closed early, dated 2 days prior. Very disappointing that you can't update your hours on the website, or here on Google. If you don't have enough employees, only open certain days so your customers know when they can dine.

The cashier was rude and didn't ask what kind of pizzas we wanted. The booths and floor were filthy and I had to ask for the table to be cleaned. There were plenty of employees, but except for one who was taking care of all the customers, the others stood together talking.The salad bar was disgusting. Food on the floor, dressing containers empty and plates dirty. The pizza selection was terrible and no new pizzascame out during our visit. I asked the one hardworking employee where the others were and he said that they were out in the back smoking.Never again.

My family of 4 showed up at 6:30 pm to eat dinner and we were told there was a 45 minute wait, not one person waiting in a line, not one person at the buffet and open tables all around. Spoke to the manager, asked why the wait, after stumbling over her words she said because they needed to make more food. What??

So you are closed do to staffing shortages... No one knows that you are hiring.. You need to actively recruit staff in these times... closing 3 days a weeks is a good way to just close the place. I felt bad until I did a job search on all job boards... even cooperate does not know you are hiring.... Best of luck

Not much selection of pizza at noon. What was there was not fresh. Only had chicken thighs available as well. The salad bar was a mess and no one was cleaning tables.

We were there for about 45 minutes, with the same cold pizzas sitting under the heating lamp. So disappointing. Only one person seemed to actually be working and he was doing a great job getting the other food out. The girls on duty weren't doing much of anything. They could've been helping the gentleman working the kitchen by taking the cold pizzas down or helping prep for fresh pizzas but instead wandered around "looking busy" but clearly weren't. Kitchen cook needs a raise and those other employees on duty need to be retrained.

Been here many times and this time was a complete let down. Only 2 choices of drink (coke and mr.pib) as all others were out. No tea or coffee either. Open tables were stacked with dirty dishes (no one picked up any when we were there). Pizza was normal but if you ordered a certain kind it didn't come for 30 minutes. Chicken was overcooked or undercooked (depending on batch). Potatoes were like soup. No fresh dishes at one point and saw multiple people clean off their old plates and reuse. Took 10 mintues to finally refill plates and forks. No spoons at all. Would not go back at this point

First experience here, and would definitely return. Price point is a little higher than some other buffets, but there was a good variety of pizza, salad fixings, miscellaneous foods, and desserts.

I saw the obnoxious sign in the window disparaging the work force while also begging for workers and it told me that this is not a business worth supporting. I don’t want business owners like this in my community. They contribute nothing. I’m tired of these entitled small business tyrants who think the world owes them cheap labor while they go around acting like rabid toddlers. Enough’s enough, these people don’t deserve to own a business

Instead of insulting your community about people “not wanting to work”, maybe you should pay and treat employees better so they’ll stay.
Upon entering we waited at least 5 minutes, maybe more before someone acknowledged us to take our payment. They had 2 soda fountains each one had only limited choices because everything was out of order. Tea was out of order. Salad dressing choices were unlabeled and dripping sloppy with dressing. So many dirty tables nothing cleared. The plus side, a few of the pizzas were fresh and the chicken was fresh. Probably will not be back to this location.

As usual, the salad bar was very good. However, there were no soups and the salad dressings were almost empty. Salt shaker on the table was empty. Got one from another table, almost empty. Quite a few dishes on empty tables. I believe there was only one person delivering orders to tables and bussing dishes.

Went to the Maplewood location last night with 9 guest and the services couldn't have been better. Staff was cleaning tables very friendly and willing to help with anything. Everyone from the front desk lady to the gentleman running food was very pleasant. Food was fresh, hot and good.

I came before here like 5 years ago was good, good food, clean, nice service. I went the las week all look dirty, the table was dirty i had to Clean, food ome to te 3.So bad i feel bad for this restaurant. I will not back for sure.
