The Asst General Manager Messed up half my order and they told me to come back and they would remake my full order. Drove back didnt have my food ready and the asst GM Tyler over ruled the original expectation and made me wait again for the other half of my order. First impression subpar food worse service especially from leadership. JUST GO TO BDUBS.

I went in order to go. The staff was amazing, Friendly accommodating, and my food came quick and accurate. The Staff gave me recommendations on sauces and I thought that they just did a wonderful job. The staff is awesome. The owner should be proud of the employees he has hired. I’ll be back

I used to love this wings but today while eating my fries I heard a Crack on my mouth and for my surprise it was a piece of rock and chipped my teeth which is not cool. I'll never buy from this place again

Terrible Wingstop, I ordered 2x 10 piece Chicken and a 15pc piece chicken through DoorDash and when the food arrived I was missing my 15pc. On top of that 0 sauces in the bag, great job employees!!

First time at Wingstop, may be my last unless I order in to see if anything changes. Ordered carryout, food was pretty close to on time. Staff up front were very thorough and friendly, kitchen was hoppin, very organized as I could watch prior to my pick up. I was excited to eat after the staff interaction and seeing a well run kitchen, however, the food did not live up. The wings were just ok, warm, the corn was cold and the fries were definitely not fresh, cold. The side of blue cheese was phenomenal. Want to love this stop, but not if the results are this. The menu looks very promising and the selection is expansive. Keep your food fresh if your pushing it out. I realize it was dinner hour, but I would hope that would keep the food fresh and not under a heat lamp for service, very disappointed. I took my food from your kitchen to my hands, no sitting on a shelf. I think you can do better as your staff looked very organized, not sure why you would put food out like this if you want to stay in this venue four doors down from BW's.

Terrible you order food the food’s mid , they forget things constantly. I just DoorDashed from here. I ordered extra ranch. My order came with no ranch… the bag was completely sealed and there’s no reason for them to steal just ranch. So clearly they’re just not paying attention in the store.

Worst customer service ever. Placed an order online and was missing 12/36 wings and the corn. I was originally told I was getting a partial credit when I called the first time. Called a second time yesterday and was told by that worker I was lied to and that it was busy and I would get a call back after the rush was over. Lied to once again.
Absolutely terrible store and service. Not even sure I want to go in store to hanlde this, because I'm positive I'd get lied to there also.
