The Pina Colada Shrimp with fried rice is fantastic! The egg drop soup was a but thick, but nice & hot & tasty. The lemonade was underwhelming, barely any flavor. Prepare to wait, restaurant was very busy at lunch time, we waited 45 minutes for our food & other tables got their food before we did that came in after we did. My fortune cookie was empty. I figured that may be a bad omen, but it actually means you create your own fortune in the path you make happen, starting today!Parking: Park in the back.

I just ordered fried rice and egg rolls. I was not all that satisfied with either. The fried was so-so, but the egg rolls seemed like frozen egg rolls with a mushy bland filling. The shrimp tempura was very fishy smelling.
My #1 for the BEST in Oriental food by FAR is HUNAN LION Restaurant!!! The atmosphere is quiet with calming music in the background, their hot tea is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, ESPECIALLY their JASMINE tea before your meal of THE BEST Oriental food I've EVER had...their Beef Pad Tai (sp?) is OUTSTANDING & I swear I could eat that 7days a wk & NOT get tired of it!!! OH!!!...& their CRABMEAT RANGOON, JUST KEEP'EM COMIN' & I'd be happy as a clam!!! Moderately priced & SO WELL WORTH IT!!! My Sister's & My's FAVORITE eating establishment in Marshall, Minnesota...go with time to ENJOY both the FOOD & ATMOSPHERE!!! They also do take-out so there's no reason to not give them a try!!!☯️

Modern Organic Thai restaurant in Marshall that is warm, welcoming, has great service (if the owner is there, she is a real treat), and a community institution that has been around a long time (I think since 1993). Large menu featuring Thai dishes (the owner complimented our entree choices and expressed her love of Thai food flavors) and Chinese food. Everything is really good quality, excellent rangoons, some of the best you will find. Cute interior with a room with a fireplace and some historic/classic decor flourishes on the ceiling. This is a true gem and a must visit in Marshall.

A one great restaurant has surely gone downhill since the last time i was here a few years ago. The owners are no longer here or running the kitchen and it shows. I’m disappointed.

I was disappointed with the orange chicken. Everyone else in my party were happy enough with their food.

Good food. Kind of pricey. Not enough white rice served with combos. Super frustrating. It's literally the cheapest food on the planet give me more than a scoop of it with my order please.
Delicious Boba. It has like a frosty texture, thick smoothie like. Oh and the orange chicken ? I will get again ☺️

I absolutely love this place! It's a must when we are in Marshall.Everything we've ordered has been delicious and quickly served. The owner is very friendly and a pleasure to talk to.I especially like the crab Rangoon, egg rolls, egg drop soup, chicken chow mein, general chicken & hunan chicken. Seriously you can't go wrong with any item on the menu.

One of the few places in Marshall to get a 5 star meal. Very friendly service, locally owned. I recommend the orange chicken, lomein, crab ragoons. They also do fried rice the best.

You can tell walking in that they are short staffed. After a wait, we were shown to a table and menus were hastily left. A few minutes later an obviously new employee, (our server?) shadowed by a nice lady (the owner?) took our drink order, but they both disappeared for the rest of our visit. Someone else brought the food and a third person picked up our finished plates. That being said, the food coming out of the kitchen was phenomenal! The lemon chicken was perfectly cooked and the sauce was well done—not too tart, not to sweet. The Pad Thai was traditional and perfect. Unfortunately, after the meal and after they had cleared the table of our plates we had to walk to the counter and ask to pay… we took our fortune cookies “to go”. Hope they can soon fix the front of the house staffing and service issue, but with the quality of the food coming out of the kitchen, we will be back (for “take out” orders)!
