I am disappointed with Delivery. I was waiting for my food for an hour and a half. I am just gonna have to pick it up myself next time. Good sandwich but Delivery sucks!

I think the owner of this store (name is Brenda?) is absolutely vile. Doesn't know how to treat her employees, worst attitude towards EVERYTHING, & poor customer service based on the energy of how she treats her employees. Made my family very uncomfortable. I hope she heals.

I have ordered a "quick lunch" more than once from JJ and it has been anything but Freaky Fast. Today I ordered 45 minutes ago and the app says it went out for delivery 20 minutes ago, but still no sign of my food. I tried calling the store but the line was busy. Other timeswe have called and just told them to forget the order since our lunch breaks are long over.

Got charged for an order a head of me. The cashier wasn't going to tell me. She tried to be sneaky about it. Check your bank accounts after ordering. I'd leave 0 stars if I could.

Food was on par for a typical Jimmy John’s. It was early for lunch and not overly busy and yet all the tables were dirty. Food came out fast by any other restaurant standards but at some of these Jimmy John’s they’re done with my sandwich before I can even finish filling up my drink, they did not hit that mark. Would have been a 4 star if I could have found 1 clean table.

Ordered online. $13.05 was the total for 2 sandwiches. Mine was $5.49 for my 2nd dry and tasteless TOTALLY TUNA. I ordered it on wheat bread. It was smooshed old bread. Only thing crunchy was the cucumbers. My boyfriend specifically asked for his sub to be cut in half with extra napkins. We got one napkin btwn the 2 of us and nothing was cut in half. Ridiculous.
