I would like to preface this by saying I am not the kind of person to hate on a place, I get every day can be hard, and sometimes it’s just out of your control. I ordered today, hoping to get some lunch for delivery. Not only have I not gotten my food, I have also been on hold for over 10 minutes. I don’t know if I’ll get my money back. I genuinely do like the service, timing, and food, but today was something that should never happen

Ordered taco pizza was to be ready in 14 min which turned into half hour and not sure what kind of pizza u got no sauce nothing on it to be a taco pizza no taste of anything I will say was tge worst pizza I have ever gotten from anywhere! Won’t order from there again .

We called twice no answer so drove there. When we arrived employees were playing on their phone and sitting in the lobby. We asked if the phones were working they claimed they haven't heard it ring but we called and it was a loud ring.

Ordered pizza and drinks for delivery for a birthday dinner. The pizza came, slightly later than the time they gave (10 minutes) but I figured maybe they were busy.
They forgot our drinks so I called and sat on hold for another 10 minutes. They asked what we were missing and I said Mt Dew and Root Beer, two litre bottles. They said they'd send it out.
20 minutes later, it shows up. One Root Beer and one Starry. ??♀️ I called and sat on hold for five minutes before my son offered to ride his bike down and make the exchange.
It is an hour and a half after I placed the initial order right now and we are still waiting on drinks. Maybe don't plan on getting delivery, go pick it up yourself to ensure accuracy. I had major surgery and cannot drive which is why we went with delivery in the first place.
I can tell you Pizza Hut is a great place to eat because they got great food and different stuff in different prices and they're good on their stuff one thing Pizza Hut can do is make it better it have a dining room but I don't it's too small in marshalltown bigger place

Just ordered today! It took forever for them to get on the phone, but as explained they got busy at the time I called and had to call back with a card issue. I love the new tracking system! Helps a lot to know where the pizza is. DoorDash delivered which is odd, but I’m guessing low employees. Pizza is hot, made right and turned out AMAZING. Only complaint on that is, definitely need to hold back on the grease.

Delivered cold pizza. Customer service was terrible. They claimed they would get a hold of me within 3-5 business days but never did. After three weeks of trying to get a hold of them for a refund, I finally gave up.
