I have gotten take out from this Pizza Hut many times. The food is always very good and I enjoy the staff as they are friendly and helpful.
The atmosphere isn't much, as it's only a take out and delivery establishment.
I went to order take out around 3pm on Saturday and was dismayed to learn that this Pizza Hut now only opens for orders at 5pm. As I live 50 miles away, it will be highly unlikely that I am in that area at or after 5pm. Disappointing.

I’m still waiting for my Pizza Delivery from September 29th. Emailed customer service three times saying they are assessing my request. Last two emails Pizza Hut says the manager of the store will call me. Been waiting for this call since than. Drove down to the store after I waited 2 hours for the delivery on September 29th and doors were locked, lights all on inside and led sign lit up saying open yet nobody that I could see was inside.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered way ahead of the scheduled time of delivery however after not having received my order for over half an hour I called the place and spent over 15 minutes on hold with no response very disappointed

Just wanted a deal from the app but the app kept quitting on me. Went in thinking the deal was for 2 med pizzas. Talked to the lady behind the counter, she found it on the register, rang up they pizzas, then I found out that the deal includes cheese, garlic or cinnamon sticks And 8 boneless wings. Had to wait a while but yeah, I'll wait for all that.

I would like to preface this by saying I am not the kind of person to hate on a place, I get every day can be hard, and sometimes it’s just out of your control. I ordered today, hoping to get some lunch for delivery. Not only have I not gotten my food, I have also been on hold for over 10 minutes. I don’t know if I’ll get my money back. I genuinely do like the service, timing, and food, but today was something that should never happen

Ordered taco pizza was to be ready in 14 min which turned into half hour and not sure what kind of pizza u got no sauce nothing on it to be a taco pizza no taste of anything I will say was tge worst pizza I have ever gotten from anywhere! Won’t order from there again .
When someone asks for extra sauce on the pizza THEY are paying for, you should probably oblige them, or at least inform them if it isn't possible.

We called twice no answer so drove there. When we arrived employees were playing on their phone and sitting in the lobby. We asked if the phones were working they claimed they haven't heard it ring but we called and it was a loud ring.
