They have the BEST ice cream and desserts! We get deliveries monthly and if we need something before the next delivery, they will bring it the next day. You really can’t beat their desserts. I wish they were in grocery stores!

2 weeks ago there was a schwan's truck at my mother-in-law's residence and I ordered a few items from him right off the truck.He was so friendly and nice so I decided that I would use their home delivery for individual meals for my husband and I well we are in between two different residence.I remember the schwan's man coming to my place and my grandmother's place in the 70s and 80s! It was always an an exciting day when he came! I remember the juice concentrates and the special ice cream grandma used to buy for Christmas! Push pops for summer treats. We lived on the farm so when are schwan's man came was like a social event.I placed an order for delivery yesterday. My delivery guy never showed up nor contacted me to let me know he wasn't coming.To reschedule, they won't deliver until june5th now. They offered to ship it to me but I have never had good results with shipping frozen food ... Especially ice cream!Besides, that's not what I was looking for. I was looking for that personalized service that I once remember.Therefore, I will no longer be using schwan's company and I am closing my account permanently.

Worst customer service, worst online chat and absolutely the WORST delivery. Ordered December 12th items for Christmas dinner. Said will receive December 22nd. A bit close but ok. It was shipped December 22nd UPS and will not be received until December 27th. Too late for Christmas.Will close my account will not order from them again and will not recommend to friends and family. Very dissatisfied

Company is unresponsive to concerns and complaints. I was supposed to get a delivery today and customer service gave me three different answers about when they would deliver. It was supposed to be 12-3. They texted me it would be 1:30. No show by 3:30. Then they told me any minute. An hour later they said it was canceled for the day, they would deliver tomorrow. I asked to speak to a supervisor while the rep I spoke to tried to fill out the request for the supervisor. After 15 minutes I asked when I could speak to the supervisor and he said they would call me back later today, maybe tomorrow, maybe next Monday.

The HR Rep(Lacey K.) assigned to me was rude and condescending, very unprofessional, and then a day later rescinded the job offer after already completing the drug test and background check(both good/ArmyVeteran), all because I needed to reschedule the day I was coming in to do new hire paperwork.Veteran or not, no one deserves to be treated like this and there was no reason for her to be so dishonorably unfair.

I have been a fan of Red Baron Classic Crust pizza. It’s a frozen value pizza with a crispy crust. Lately, the company must have lowered quality standards. The crust is no longer crispy. In this day, everyone is cutting corners but I didn’t expect it on a value pizza.Now I have to find a suitable replacement.

We have been Schwan's customers for over 25 years. I have decided to quit ordering from them. The quality of some items has gone downhill, and so many things that we like are no longer available or are backordered. We canceled one delivery because we were going to be gone, and now they seem to think that they don't have to show up again for over a month. Not a great way to do business!
