6/20/24 @Bobbing Bobber Brewing I like the fact that I found no fatty chunks in the brisket, so thank you for that Mr. Winkleman. It must have been sorted or cut out. I ordered the loaded brisket hotdish. It comes with tots and curds on top. I was not fond of the sauce at all. It had a tomato based sauce and upon my first bite I thought I should be eating a spaghetti, or dipping a cheese bread. It did have a nice blend of curds and tots on top though.
