“Heldts is a good Ole hometown bar, people are friendly, regulars give you a hard time, share thier opinions, but listen to yours, if your looking for a place to just laugh and relax, it's hard to beat.”
“Service is excellent & food is amazing! The place needs some work--there are holes in the floor covered with rugs & they have space heaters set up in the dining room, which is also partially unpainted. I'm assuming these are ongoing projects & the place will keep getting better. We'll be back!”
“I love this place! The ambiance is so great, I love the sun shining thru the windows as I order a monthly themed drink while the friendly staff ask how my week has been. There are often fresh flowers on the tables and in the window boxes! The coffee is SO good!! Its hard to pick a favorite drink...Honey Bee latte is always a good to, as is Paradise Meadow and Hidden Lake.”
“Okay, I am a coffee fanatic and absolutely love unique coffee shops. This one definitely caught my eye, but it's uniqueness. They had such a variety of treats, they even had gluten-free treats for those of you that love gluten-free. Now, the coffee menu, omg. You will definitely not be disappointed. The customer service is amazing and the staff make you feel like they've known you their entire life.”
“This is our go-to restaurant! We really enjoy the atmosphere. You feel at home and welcomed. The food is great and the people are better! Very nice small town bar and grill restaurant.”
“Old Fashioned Staple! Can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Fried Chicken is our family's favorite. Try the potato salad you won't regret it!”
“We love FatBoyz! The have THE Best Pizza and great food. It’s hard to pick my favorite menu items. There is always something to do and the live music is a plus! It’s seriously the best place to watch sports in Carver County with all of the TVs. I’d say it’s the best bar/restaurant around!! It has a fun locals vibe feel and everyone is welcomed with open arms. The owners are great people and do a lot of charity events for locals. We love the outdoor bar and patio in the summer as well! They also do the New Germany Roll-in on Broadway car show on Thursdays! Great fun for the whole community!!”
“I would love to give Iron Tap all 5 stars but they have not had a proper entrance to the restaurant for years now? So with this issue they have you sitting close to the door and cold air is constantly flooding in and giving a chill in their dinning area. When I go out to eat I expect to be able to take off my winter coat to enjoy my food/experience. The quicker they resolve this issue it would be amazing.”
“One of the BEST burgers around. It's worth the trip for the quality of the meat. Mushroom Swiss was perfectly cooked, juicy, flavorful at a great price. Lots of choices besides burgers served in a typical tavern atmosphere. Big outdoor space for dining in nice weather. Justin, our server, was efficient and friendly. If you're on a road trip west, give it a try!”
“We decided to take advantage of the 70* day in October (thanks global warming?) and headed over to Waconia Brewing. I had been to Waconia before, but never to the brewery. We got a great flight with some choices recommended by the friendly Beertender including their Vanilla cream ale, their Chocolate PB Porter, their seasonal 2xIPA and an apple ale. All were great with my favorite being the PB Porter. We enjoyed the sun on the patio that is part of their parking lot. But for anyone going while it is still nice out, there is a TON of bees. They're working to mitigate some of that with bee traps; but there still were a ton. So if you're not a fan perhaps enjoying their spacious inside is better! We are planning to come back again soon. Thanks for the hospitality, Waconia!”
“Stopped in to check this place out while meeting up with a friend. Located in a small town. Parking can be found on nearby streets. Walking in you noticed there's giant chalk signs of the menu. They have a large number of various offerings. From drinks to food. Along with some merch from local artists. The place had a home like vibe to it. There are two levels of the coffee house. Downstairs is where the main action is to order and hang out. Upstairs has more chairs and tables to sit as well view art as well. I had the Monkey tail mocha which was banana and dark chocolate and a southwest chicken with chipotle mayo panini. Both was goods”
“First time actually sitting down here and having something from their small hot breakfast menu and it was SO good. We ordered the Biscuits and Gravy and a Bacon, Egg & Cheese sandwich, coffee, and a few treats to go. The service from the super friendly staff was great, and the food was top notch. The Biscuits and Gravy were some of the best I can remember. This is a nice, comfy place to grab a coffee and a pastry but don't sleep on the hot menu. Highly recommend.”
“Fun menu with many options and flavors of coffee, smoothies, and teas. My coffee was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly. There are drive through and indoor seating options. They also have breakfast/lunch sandwiches and other small meals.”
“YES! this is a great place. The Al Pastor street tacos are excellent, 8/10 - almost perfection! Excellent place, fast service, excellent food. Limited seating because it is popular and busy which is a good thing! The top shelf margaritas are amazing. No disappointments here.”
“We got to indulge in a lunch date and I am so impressed with the quality of the food at this place! The tortellini is world class!! The pizza is perfect with high quality ingredients and thoughtful extra touches! Come on out and support this wonderful restaurant! We need to keep the good ones open!”
“COZY AMERICAN DIVE-BAR EXPERIENCE AWARD ?BEST PIZZA IN TWIN CITIES AWARD ?OFF THE BEATEN PATH AWARD ?Arguably the best pizza this reviewer has ever had, outpacing even St Paul Italian pizzerias. If you want to take a quiet & quaint day trip out to the western suburbs of Minneapolis to the tiny town of St Bonifacius Minnesota for pizza, make SURE you make ‘Grumpys On Main’ your destination.Stopped by Saturday March 2nd 2023 about 2:30 pm after a day of shopping nearby. We knew what we wanted, but it’d been a while since we’d been in.The moment you pull up you realize you’re taking a step back in time as this bar/restaurant has many of its original features for your eyes to behold. Creaking floors and doors and a long wooden bar with window cut-outs showing the other non-barstool side of the place greet you on arrival. There is an outdoor fenced-in seating area with tables. Numerous large flatscreen TVs adorn the walls, each tuned to a different sports event. No need for dressy garb here. Regulars and old-timers at the bar will stretch their necks and stare to see ‘who walked in’ and soon as they find they don’t know you, they turn back to their tap beer & buddy conversations. Good selection of beer on tap and bottled beer, and spirits as well.We ordered a large pizza and a couple beers. Pepperoni, ham and green pepper. Nichole was our bartender and Alicia was our pizza server. They were both prompt and courteous.THE PIZZA IS DOWNRIGHT AMAZING. There’s so much fresh cheese melted on it that you’ll need napkins immediately. It is not greasy at all. Crust was medium thin and perfectly baked. Everything tasted fresh and ingredients were flavorful, the pizza’s red sauce was robust and no too tangy, just right. Once you take your first bite you’re hooked for good.Supplied at the non-assuming bar tables are grated Parmesan and red pepper flakes in restaurant glass shaker bottles, salt & pepper, plastic forks and small paper plates. There is no server on duty so you’ll need to communicate directly with the bartender for all orders. It was easy to speak to her between the window cutouts from our table. Other tables away from the cutouts will require you to walk to the bar for your orders. As with most things good, there was a wait time while our pizza was made, then cooked. It took about 15 minutes to receive our piping hot gooey cheesy pizza. We dug in immediately, and you know that OMG feeling you get when you taste something amazing? …well this was it.Two very cold beers rounded out the meal. It couldn’t have been any more the perfect American dive bar pizza experience.Highly recommended !Best Pizza Ever”
“This was a FANTASTIC experience. The staff was super friendly, wine/beer was great… I will be going back for-sure. It was a great place to celebrate my 5 year anniversary with my fiancé.”
“Came in 10 mins before closing and let me tell you Nick & Sam was sooo pleasant and friendly! I felt bad for coming in so late but they were so nice and welcoming. Made my sandwich and sent me on my way! Sandwich was delicious too!”
“Good smoothies, coffees, and baked goods. Service was a little slow and the drive through is a bit awkward but not sure what they could do given its location. Overall I'd recommend visiting and trying something!”
“Thought I had the best burger before i came here and then I got corrected! Impressed with everything! I now come here every Friday for lunch! Low prices, great food and great service! And the serving size will surprise you!”
“Nestled in the heart of downtown St Boni, The Crossbar is the epitome of a classic dive bar. With its dimly lit interior, friendly atmosphere, and a solid selection of drinks, it's the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. The no-frills vibe and affordable prices make it a favorite among locals. Whether you're looking for a cold beer, a game of Foosball, or just a laid-back evening, The Crossbar has you covered.”
“THE BEST PLACE EVER!!! There do fast with your order. And don't even get me started with there food it's so nice and I know it sounds weird to say since it's a bar but there food is so juicy and good!! And if you want really quick service if you see Taylor or Andy there those are my favorites to work with or Crystal! I give a big recommendation to the pour house and also a big thanks!!”
“We hadn't been to Mid-Town in 30 years, and many memories came back after arriving. We ordered breakfast, and we ordered the Steak and Eggs. Everything was prepared perfectly. We will return.”
“Didn't eat, but that bar is a special place in this area, alot of history, and a prior owner named Jimmy, that if your lucky to meet, can tell more about it. The current owners are great too.”
“We ordered takeout last week. First time ordering from D'Vinci's. The food was pretty good. They have a cute little area in back with seating. They were on time with the order. It was easy to order and pick up. They share an entrance with another business but it easy to tell which doors belongs to them. We would order from them again in the future. Let me share some photos of their food -- and yes, it was hot when we picked it up! Even after driving home, it was still hot.”
“Best homemade French toast I've ever had. Eggs Benedict is amazing. I haven't had anything bad here honestly. We love coming here because it's quick and so is the service. Always in and out. Couldn't ask for more!Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair could get in but I think it would be a tight squeeze”
“Surprisingly EXCELLENT WINE. Especially considering that MOST GRAPES are grown ONSITE. Many if not all locally grown grapes were invented by the university of Minnesota.Gone are the days of "only sweet wines" are grown in the midwest”
“This 'bou is located in the grocery store at the far left! Despite being small, it still had plenty of comfortable seating. There was only one employee working the counter, but she was super nice and reminded me that I had a birthday drink! It came out exactly as ordered and was ready super quick, too!{28}”
“Order and take out pizza. I buy several at a time, request double wrap and freeze them. We miss Papa Murphys as they closed in my town. Now it is a bit of a drive to find one. Very good puzza.”
“We went to see a band. The Williams Band, they were great. The food was good too.Vegetarian options: They had grilled cheese that I saw. There is possibly more.Parking: There is a parking lot in back.”
