After he left, another patron asked, “He only asked for water and you gave it to him?” Bartender’s response was, “Yeah…why not? It’s hot out there making all those deliveries. Poor guy must be thirsty.”

“We found Sweet Winks Food Truck at Boom Island Brewing on a misty November with sleet coming down. Matt Winkelman didn't come to the food truck business from being a restauranteur. He enjoyed smoking meats for family and friends, and he decided to start a food truck by converting an old school bus. I had the smoked brisket sandwich on grilled toast, and I felt no need for any sauces because the beef was tender and flavorful. I could only finish half of my sandwich and I was hungry. My wife had the brisket macaroni and cheese, which I sampled and liked, and she too took some of her plate home. The owner came out to deliver our order, and then came back to offer some side samples. We appreciated this, because the brewery was crowded. Matt's wife and kids are involved in the family project, and I hope that the truck and its offerings continue to grow.”

We love the orange chicken and the orange chicken is by far the best than other places. Also the staff is great. Have always had a great experience.”
