We found Sweet Winks Food Truck at Boom Island Brewing on a misty November with sleet coming down. Matt Winkelman didn't come to the food truck business from being a restauranteur. He enjoyed smoking meats for family and friends, and he decided to start a food truck by converting an old school bus. I had the smoked brisket sandwich on grilled toast, and I felt no need for any sauces because the beef was tender and flavorful. The best food truck! Follow their Facebook page for their monthly schedule! The curd burger is my favorite burger of all time! The fresh cut fries and brisket mac n cheese are our other top favs off the menu! Kind people also, big deal!
