Ordering here seems like trying to teach someone how to perform surgery! Walked in tonight around 6:30 for some food and ice cream. First of all, it was about 50° in the building. No heat. The people before us even asked where the warmest place to sit would be since it was so cold. Two young adult females were working drive through and register. Seriously..... What kind of Dairy Queen doesn't take gift cards? Or certificates that police give to kids for following safety rules? And on top of that..... Tonight, no Carmel, no ingredients for 1/2 the blizzards. So once again my 3 kids had to compromise. Huge loss for you when we ordered mini cones over blizzards. Then had to wait while cones were on the counter melting down the side. Perhaps the owner needs ice cream down his or her car too.
Well everything we had was pre made, NOT fresh. Kids chicken was pale and dry, the burger was sitting in a water dish for hours. No one is old enough to complain to or care about customer service. I did ask for another fresh burger and 1 minute later got a water logged one.
