Haiku Japanese Bistro

I wish I never decided to come here. It was not worth the time and money. I love going out and trying new place's to eat with my partner and this took the #1 spot for the worst sushi we've ever had. The sashimi was extremely warm and mushy, it felt like I was eating wet mushy paper. The tako-taki was extremely fishy and doughy with the sauce being extremely overwhelming. The sushi is all very bland and mushy, nothing seems fresh. We didn't stay long since we could not finish the rolls without puking. Although the waiter was extremely nice and polite, the food was just not it. You can find better for the same price or cheaper

Plenty of seating on a Saturday night, had the Hibachi chicken dinner, side of fried rice, Miso soup and salad. Everything was amazing. We'll be back soon.

Love that we have this spot so close to our house. The whole family loves it here. My kids eat avocado rolls, miso, and edamame, or chicken katsu, etc. All so delicious and healthy. I love, love, love the gyoza. It’s SO good. Oh, and order the avocado salad! It’s almost all avocados with a delicious, light dressing stop. Cali rolls, spicy tuna rolls, hibachi…. We eat here almost weekly, so we’ve tried a lot!

The owners are a super nice family who are always working hard and offer amazing service. Everything is always great.

Highly recommend. And spring for some mochi ice cream and Japanese sofas for funsies.

Sushi was okay but I think for the price point you could get higher quality rolls as the tuna has a weird texture. Hibachi is good and service is great..

My husband and I came here for dinner. I got the Hibachi Chicken and he got the Teriyaki Beef. We got spring rolls as an appetizer and they were good. Very hot and the sauce was delicious. The Hibachi Chicken was good. A bit on the salty side. I hadn't realized two pieces of shrimp came with it as well until reading reviews after we left. Maybe I just didn't read the menu properly. The shrimp was tasty. The chicken didn't have any sear from the grill or anything, but I would order it again. There were two soft spoken children refilling drinks and brought food to us. I assume those are the owners children. Overall, we would go here again. I'd be interested to try their sushi rolls.

Very disappointing. Hibachi was not good, taste like old cheap Chinese food.

So yummy! We got the Haiku roll, American dream roll, and the slammin salmon roll and all were delicious.

The sushi was okay. The service was pretty good. The presentation of the food was beautiful. The music was a bit loud, but the environment was peaceful.

First time ordering from Haiku. We are blown away by how delicious all the suishi rolls were that we got tonight. Every roll was made to perfection! We ordered the godzilla roll, black dragon, crunch roll, and dancing lobster roll. I honestly can't choose a favorite because of how good they all were! We can't wait to have more in the future!

Good local spot for sushi. Parking easy, prices good, worth a stop.
