The ice cream is delicious, and customers can customize their orders with various mix-ins, such as cheesecake ice cream with strawberries, fudge, and Oreos. The location is clean, with easy and free parking, and the overall experience is relaxing and uplifting. Customers have had exceptional experiences, with one even describing it as the best they've ever had at any food place. The franchise owner went above and beyond to cater a wedding dessert, including personalizing the flavors and walking around the venue to offer seconds to the guests. The Mendota Heights Cold Stone team is wonderful to work with, bringing yummy treats and providing great communication and support. The workers did a great job of handling the stress of a packed place with a long line.
