To the LOVELY shift lead / manager yesterday morning (04/02/2025 around 0750) I figured since you were so dumbfounded that when someone asks for extra caramel drizzle it meant adding into the cup before pouring the contents from the blender. I’d show you that “apparently” yes. It is a thing! When I was a crew trainer myself, it was still a thing. I didn’t pay for extra drizzle to have the tiniest squeeze in my frappe (and whether each location chooses to charge or not does vary) but yesterday, I paid & for me to go inside to ask for it to be done correctly for you to sit there & try and go back and fourth about how your location doesn’t do this, is quite comical when I went the morning prior (04/01/2025) & guess what?! It came the right way the first time 😂 so your location, does indeed do this. Just how it came out the 2nd time (shown in the middle picture with the timestamp) and truthfully, it was still a little cheap. But that’s okay. I’ll take that “extra” any day over whatever I was handed to begin with.
We’ll see how today goes. Otherwise I’ll just take my business to the McDonald’s by my job who doesn’t need me to go inside and waste time explaining what extra drizzle is 🙄 since I was told if it comes without it in the cup again it’s because like she said, they don’t do it that way there.

This is a horrible McDonald's. They mess up your orders ALL the time, and they don't care. Customer Service sucks!! Please go somewhere else! They have children working here. Not a good place. Save your money!!!

Update as of today. The team there today only cares about as fast as they can get you in and out of there versus taking care of the customer and providing quality service. Instead of accuracy it's about speed, instead of listening it is about assuming, just 100% pure lack of care.

I had the best McDonald's experience at this location! The team was friendly, efficient, and genuinely kind. I placed a mobile order and sat at the counter to get some work done. Even though they were busy with the morning rush, my coffee was fresh, and the atmosphere was upbeat. Ms. Robin at the front was especially wonderful. Despite a slight wait, she immediately acknowledged me with a warm smile, and her coworker served me shortly after. While sitting in the restaurant, I overheard Ms. Robin greet a guest by name and remember their entire order—something rare nowadays. Truly a standout experience!
I ordered a quarter pounder and small drink. Got to the window and was told to go to the reserve space. I said for a simple hamburger? He said yes. I waited at least 5 min and watched several cars get their meals. I finally went inside and stopped an employee and said I wanted my sandwich. A man and his child heard me and said they had been waiting 15 min for fries. He said well they’re busy! What!!!! Refresh on training needs to happen.

This place consistently forget food items. Example, hot sauce for the burritos, jam, and hash brown. This has happened at least 10 times this year. That's a lot! It's basically stealing!
