I came and ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese with bacon and an extra pickles and I wanted it to be a large and the cashier did not listen. Did not get the order right and I had to repeat three times and then she still screwed up the order at the window when I went to paywhere is your management here your management is poor. You should be making sure these orders are coming out correct cause now I’m gonna have to spend more money just to have my meal satisfied you’re worse than the one on Robert Street and I will be doing your survey and giving you a very bad review on that as well.

Have lived in the neighborhood for over 10 years and eaten here for as long.
Only to say I will never be eating at this location again, I would rather drive further than deal with the rude abrasive staff who don't give out the correct order half the time.
This place has gone to the dumps in my experience and I will not be returning with my service

It was great clean and well attended. I would only suggest the manager or whoever it was reprehending one of the employees for being on his phone to do so in the back, not on the front where it just doesn’t give a good image and no one needs to hear that.

Highland Location

I have had it with this location. Their frappe machine was broken for almost 2 weeks, I had to get 3 separate refunds as I was able to order until I got to the window and told it is still broke. My food has been HORRIBLE, it is cold, old, gross. I went there again this morning and my burrito was ICE COLD!! Literally like out of the fridge, I had to turn around and go back and was not offered an apology, nothing just handed another burrito. Absolutely the WORST of the McDonalds there is!!

the food was hot, but the service was ice cold. those kids acted like they hated it and did not want to be working. they need to be trained how to do the “service” part of “food service”, which is half of the job.

The last two times I have ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget, I have received cold and soggy chicken nuggets. It was never like this over the last 5 years.... something has changed in the last 3-4 months.

I used to go here 3-4 times a week before the first cold nugget incidence occurred, then I took a break from this location because they were so awful and off putting, but today I returned and ordered 20 chicken nuggets.... cold soggy nuggets again...

Never going here again.

Drive-thru order was fast but could be more customer friendly at the window. Food was nicely made and packed in bag with all the requested condiments. Employee at the window had his eyes glued on cell. phone and didn’t even look at me. He just handed me the food bag and shut the window. Customer service could be more friendly or at least put down your cell phone to acknowledge or greet customers at the window

Leaving the food right outside the parking. The lady doesn’t speak English well. I speak two languages so please don’t tell me this or that. I said mccrispy and fries and she thought in her mind I said sprite. The underpaid manager can’t piece this together and tells me — thats what I paid for and have a good day. Well no ish I paid for it (didn’t steal it from the window?) So . . let’s think—I’m back at the window cause the order was wrong banana. Two resolutions: would you like your money back, sir? Or give us the sprite and mccrispy and we will make you the fries and mccrispy. Say it in your head “sprite” and “fries” yikes. If you want a underpaid manager with 0 conflict resolution skills and not to mention she hid the sandwich in the back — not made me a new one — and thinks I’m going to eat it after they hid the sandwich…like I’ve never managed a bunch of under paid kids.

First Napkin

Absolutely the worst service I have had ANYWHERE. Took over twenty minutes for two large fries, spicy chicken, hand a large coke. I had to go up to the counter -which still took five minutes before anyone helped me- and tell them how long I have been waiting and wanted my order. The fries were lukewarm at best and the spicy chicken barely had any sauce on it. Wish I was able to give zero stars.
