Tour the menu, I have been pleasantly surprised with everything I have had, the salmon is really well done both pan roasted and in burger form.2. Excellent dinner spot, I think a lot of the business here is during lunch (turkey swiss croissant deserves a mention) but don't forget about this restaurant as a great dinner option.

Went on a Saturday Night looking for a glass of wine and maybe an app before dinner. The wine selection was decent, but for a self proclaimed “wine bar”, I wasn’t impressed. Considering their only Chardonnay was Sean Minor, I was just hoping for more of a selection. We ordered a flatbread/pizza that was actually really tasty. However, we waited for almost 40 min after we had ordered it when no one else was in the restaurant. They did have a lot of to go orders, but the waitress didn’t even check on us. We liked the wine and the food, but the overall experience was lackluster.

Mendoberri is my favorite restaurant in Mendota heights! They make amazing food with quality ingredients. I also love FoodSmith, Chef Robert and Ann’s other restaurant in west Saint Paul. They do it RIGHT!

We are frequent customers. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We often get takeout and there is no styrofoam, complex entrees packaged very effectively. The menu rotates and is always great. Excellent food from a small local business!
The menu and reviews sounded good so I decided to order food from here. I really wanted to like this place but I'll give this place a slight pass because I'm not sure how covid has been affecting this restaurant. I ordered over the phone, the lady told me to pick up my order in 30 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and they had not even started my order. Normally I would have no problem waiting but I had to be somewhere and the lady told me to pick up my food 30 minutes after I ordered. I waited another 15 minutes and when I brought my food home, the risotto was not rich and creamy like normal risotto. It was sour and watery. The salmon burger had like 2 pieces of apple slaw and little honey dijon aioli, couldn't even taste it. The burger was poorly made. The Schnitzel Bites tasted old and were hard to bite. Maybe I came on a bad day but I'm very disappointed in my experience here.
