DO NOT EVER CATER FROM HERE! I placed almost $700 catering order and they completely forgot ALL the meat for our taco bars. I called and asked for them to immediately have the meat ready and for a credit of some sort because we had to drive 1hr round trip to pick it up. They did not give us any sort of a credit/refund AND only provided half of our original order when we returned to pick it up. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
We ordered take out as we always do and usually it's correct but the last time we had a 58.00 dollar order and didn't receive half of our order and didn't notice until we got back home in the horrible weather that day. So I called and a young girl answered, who took the order, and she instantly had an attitude and I was as nice as I possibly could be, she put me on hold and came back and said give me your address and I'll send you a gift card eventually and that was December. Teresa's Mexican Restaurant offers a diverse menu with solid, tasty food at fair prices. The chicken poblano enchiladas and street tacos are highly recommended. The staff is friendly, and the environment is clean, with several locations and outside seating available. Recent reviews highlight the enjoyable food and drinks, with one mentioning the best queso they've ever had. Portions are generous for the price, and the service, while sometimes a bit slow, is generally good. The entrance is welcoming, and customers often receive excellent attention from staff, with many noting the food's deliciousness and great value. The fiesta burrito is a favorite, large enough for two meals, and the cheese sauce is described as addicting. As a vegetarian, there are many vegetable options that impress diners. The overall experience remains positive, especially at the Mendota Heights location, making it a great spot for celebrations like Cinco de Mayo.
