Rounding up a little bit here. Our service was pretty slow and often nonexistent. It appears that the waitress we had was covering the outdoor patio and the furthest away section of the inside dining room. So we learned to ask for multiple things at once - knowing it would be a while before she came back with what we needed. She was super nice though.
From the outside this place almost made me think it was a biker or dive bar kind of thing. But once we walked in the vibe was completely different. Very decor, clean tables and place settings. Neat vibe.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food! That giant pretzel on the appetizer menu was amazing! And the cheese curds are insane!! I’d totally go back here.

The 400 pound pull tab guy that works Monday evenings should be fired. Unbelievably rude. Go work at a gym if you want to live past 45. The rest of the restaurant is great

Nice place but good luck getting attention at the bar unless you’re a regular. Two of the shortest, flattest ,watered down Jack and Coke’s I have ever tasted. Oh wait was there even Jack in the drink? It sure didn’t taste like it! Then I got the bill and it was $20.00 and I had to ask for it. How do you ever go back? And we were there during happy hour!

If your order seems to take too long, make sure to ask about it. We had “ticket issues” and waited well over 30 minutes for the party platter. Asked about it 2 times after ordering. Also has the server forget a drink and had to ask to have it reconciled.

In Dec. it’s time to play Christmas music. When I mentioned this to the hostess, she told me that the staff gets sick of it! I told her Customer service was about the customer, not about the staff!
