The food is always good at Lucky’s but for some reason the bartending staff at this location is awful. They blatantly ignore us and over charge our drinks by ringing them up wrong. We sometimes wait 10+ mins before being greeted which is insane when it’s not busy. We mostly go to Mendota for the Mudroom but the upstairs bar is a no go for us.

We plowed in there, April 3 (25 of us) after my mothers funeral. With 1 waitress on duty at that time, she did a phenomenal job! Thanks Erin!! The whole staff chipped in. Food & drinks were flowing steadily. Would recommend highly!

This place used to have great service. Brought my Dad here for dinner today. (3/21/20) Waited 15 minutes for drink order to be taken. 20 minutes later to order appetizers and another 15 to order dinner. Server never checked on us. Had to ask kitchen staff for bbq sauce. Asked for more napkins and got multi fold towels from the bathroom. The food was good, but for the prices ( they are borderline exorbitant) I could get better food and service. I will not be coming back. 15 minutes and waiting for boxes and the check....... oh the 3.9% service charge doesn't help my decision to come back here.Well I went back today. 3/1/24.Service absolutely sucked. Saw the waitress once to take our order, once to bring the check. Food was mediocre. Burgers good. Fries cold. The prices are way too high for what you get. Gave them another shot thinking they may have had an off day. I won't be back. There is better food and service at plenty of other restaurants.

This is an updated review of our January 25th visit to Lucky 13. We were disappointed basically from start to finish with the food. My review was addressed via a phone call with the comment that we should try again and that we are invited to return via means of a gift card. Three weeks have now passed, and we have yet to receive any type of compensation to encourage us to return. We spent $96 and left with no desire to go back. Cindy Jenneke
