All the people here are nice and they try there hardest the food is good and i’ve never had a problem.

This used to be a good place to go. This trip was a great disappointment. The staff was too busy refilling the cone dispenser to take care of us. We stood there for over 10 minutes before they took our order. Then my order came but my wife's hadn't even been started. I was nearly done before her order arrived. They have really gone down hill.

Service through drivethru was a little delayed. Had a large blizzard to share (8.99 $$$). Had a common problem I see at most DQ's the bottom 1/3 has no fixing and mostly vanilla soft serve - need to improve the quality especially at $9.

Dairy Queen is usually great. This one is a busy location most of the time. Also, the entrance is difficult to maneuver soke days. Staff is nice, but being so busy, the wait time is sometimes longer.

Wonderful location! The gal working the front counter (blonde with amazing eye lashes) was so friendly and efficient! I’ve cream was great and I’ve never left a review for Dairy Queen 😂

I was really hungry and I stopped by to get two Sundays and I was handed two half melted sundaes. I was confused and showed it to the drive-thru lady she said, we have long lines they melt before you're able to pick them up! I just looked at her and I looked at it again and I knew she wasn't going to give me any money back or anything so I just took it. It was pretty soupy and I was like why am I eating a half melted ice cream? The whole point of getting this nice little treat is when you're hot you get to cool off... Thoroughly disappointed. This is the picture of what she handed me through the window. There was also a peanut butter sundae just like it. No lids nothing no bag. It was a to-go order. I was confused. When I asked her for a bag it didn't come with any napkins or anything. She just handed me a bag through the window. The weird thing is I could see the Sunday sitting there while I was not quite at the window. I just saw them sitting there and I thought my goodness. Why would they just have ice creams sitting like that and then when I pulled up to the window she didn't give it to me then either. It took her like 3 minutes to go get an ice water before she gave me my Sundays. She gave me them as they were just sitting there on the counter and she was chatting with different people inside the restaurant with the window shut but I could see them my thought was thank God that's not mine because it's been sitting there for so long. I know they're going to make mine fresh and then she handed them to me.

At least there are reduced-sugar Dilly Bars for health-conscious people! They're really good with peanut butter! Very friendly staff. I would really appreciate some healthier options on the menu, and Dilly Bars as a reward on the app. Get a free one for filling out their surveys.

Burger contents dumped into a box. I didn't know I had to build my own burger. On top of that it tasted like complete trash. Worst food I've had in a while! Super unsatisfied! Hardee's it is for now on.....

Wasn't greeted or acknowledged when arrived, waited at least five minutes for someone to ask if we have been helped yet. He took our order promptly. The food took a little longer than I'd expect to come out but it was hot, fresh, and tasted good. We ordered ice cream on our way out and our blizzards were so messy; ice cream running down the sides of the cups and the employee serving them didn't bother wiping them off or offer napkins. Customer service was very slow and not attentive, and the store really wasn't very busy.

Waited 10 minutes just to talk to someone in the drive-thru. I was the only car in the drive thru at the time. Had to say “hello” multiple times before I got a response. I ordered two blizzards & received them very melted, which resulted in the ice cream going all over my car before leaving the drive-thru. Had to ask for lids on my blizzards three times. They didn’t flip the blizzards upside down, probably due to the fact that they were already dripping all over the place. Highly recommend the Zimmerman location! Milaca location is absolutely terrible. I would leave a zero star review if possible.
